Description

Gaia series pan with triple reinforced internal non-stick coating Pfluon Eternum, particularly resistant to heavy use, and triple reinforced external coating, resistant to high temperatures.

Features

  • Ergonomic bakelite handle with wood finish for a stable grip and comfortable cooking

  • High resistance to scratches and abrasions

Instructions for Use

  • Use low or medium heat for better performance of the cookware. High temperature may cause damage that is not covered by the warranty. 
  • Do not leave the cookware on the fire until the contents evaporate and do not leave it empty on a hot burner or gas flame.
  • Cook on a burner that is the same size or smaller than the base of the cookware. 
  • Let the cookware cool before cleaning to avoid warping. Avoid any extreme temperature changes. 
  • Stains may occur on the interior surface of the cookware due to overheating or thermal shock. This is not a product defect.
  • Do not let fat or oil heat to the point where it smokes, burns, or turns black. 
  • Do not fill the cookware more than 2/3 of its capacity to avoid splattering. 
  • Do not store acidic, salty, or fatty foods in the cookware before or after cooking. 
  • Do not use sharp kitchen tools on the interior non-stick surface of the cookware and do not cut food while it is inside the cookware. 
  • Do not use metal sponges, wire, or harsh cleaners. 
  • Never put cold water in hot cookware. Do not immerse hot cookware in cold water.

    With the second use, the food stuck and from then on, everything sticks, even with a lot of oil. Let me say here somewhere that I generally ONLY use non-stick pans and I know how to take care of them.
    I cleaned it with hot water before the first use and greased it with oil, and I put oil in the first use and mixed it with a silicone spoon, and it still stuck and emitted a terrible smell. Second use was even worse. Disappointment.
