It is suitable for people who spend many hours in front of their computer, either for gaming or work. It features a comfortable seat and a mechanism where the back adjusts to the position you desire for additional relaxation and rest.
The TESSA chair is almost entirely made of polypropylene except for the chrome-plated star base and the seat frame, which are metal and incorporate all adjustment mechanisms and, of course, the shock absorber that can support up to 120 kg of weight. Polypropylene is particularly resistant to weight and water, and it has high durability at temperatures up to 125 degrees Celsius. Additionally, its durability is not limited to weight, water, and temperature but is unusually resistant to many chemical solvents, acids, and bases.
The chair's upholstery is made entirely of high-quality PU leather. This is also known as synthetic leather or faux leather. It has the texture of linen fabric. Synthetic leather is an evolution of leatherette but with the main characteristic that it is not easily distinguishable from real leather to the eye. Its composition is primarily polyurethane and polyamide microfibers, as opposed to leatherette, which mainly contains PVC.
The chair is easy to clean. The PU leather can be cleaned with a damp cloth, and only in case of stubborn stains can you use a mild cleaner. Generally, PU does not show cracks and is not affected by the sun.
The metal base, of course, only needs to be polished with a wet cloth. It is good to clean the wheels regularly from any hairs that get tangled, for smoother and quieter rolling. Avoid using bleach.

I have had the chair for a few months and I happened to see that its price has increased! Okay, it's ridiculous...
1) The back doesn't fit well in the latch, so every time I straighten it and lean back, it tilts.
2) The arms are made of plastic and connected with a screw, and you need to be EXTREMELY careful how you rest your hands or feet on them because they can break with just one sudden movement! And because the back doesn't fit well, the arm also tilts and gradually wears out.
3) The back of the chair doesn't fully lock in place, meaning if I have it in the front, the back starts moving on its own and goes backward.
4) When I lean back on the chair, without realizing it, I start sweating.
5) It seems like it's a fake job... no stability at all.
If I could change my choice, I would do it without a second thought
To save you time from reading, I'll tell you that it's one of the worst chairs I've ever used, it creaked from the beginning, avoid it. Ok, nice design, it's comfortable and good for tall people but it shouldn't cost more than 50 euros and still even in this price range, there are better quality chairs. Easy assembly is provided and the Allen key for the screws. I would like it a bit taller. Not recommended for people weighing over 90 kilos. Its main disadvantages are:
1) It creaks from the beginning and the wheels make a strange noise when the chair moves, especially with weight on it.
2) The armrests are not stable and easily lean if you lean on them to get up, to the point where you think they will break.
3) The backrest is not stable after 1-2 months, it leans sometimes and I sit crooked. I have to pull it upwards to release it from the iron it attaches to in order to straighten it.
There is no difficulty in assembly. It is quite hard as a seat, which does not make it particularly comfortable after a few hours. It creaks quite a bit in all its parts, even though it is properly assembled and screwed. Its arms are not stable, as they should be, so I avoid touching them to avoid putting pressure on them (because they give the impression that they will definitely break). I do not think it is suitable for tall people as the seat does not rise high enough. As a material, it relatively warms you up (I bought it in December 2020, so it will show after spring). Sitting and sliding it left and right seems to struggle at 70kg. Also, even though it is properly measured and screwed, as a final assembly, it is a bit crooked (in the back and the material of the seat). Is it value for money? Maybe, I would say because I still need to see if it will withstand over time (however, I have seen better options for the same price).
The chair arrived quite quickly (especially for this period). However, I am not satisfied, the sponge on the right "armrest" was pressed and there is a mark that did not go away, also the screws holding the "armrests" are not sturdy enough, as I went to get up and put, not even all my weight (78 kg) just to completely remove it from its position. The mechanism makes a lot of noise with the slightest movement and I have the feeling that it is ready to break. I am not at all satisfied with this chair, whoever reads this comment, I suggest giving a little more money and getting something much better!
