I have the above Dehumidifier for 15 days now and I would like to share some things. I don't often write reviews unless I believe something is worth it.
Let's start with the details...:
• long power cord with storage space inside the machine
• the four wheels it has seem to be of good quality as it is easily transported even when the container is full.
• the container level indicator is distinguishable from a great distance, so if you place the dehumidifier at the right angle - to be able to see it - you will have an idea of when to empty the water (the handle of the container is the indicator)
• the display is cleverly designed as it has the two main indicators, humidity and air quality, distinguishable and illuminated.
• its appearance is minimal as it is black without drawing attention, which I imagine serves most people, and besides the display, it has a small LED strip on the side that characterizes the cleanliness of the air, depending on the color.
Let's move on to the most important things...
• the machine management application is the best I have seen. You can easily adjust the dehumidifier from the application rather than from the machine itself.
I compare the application to other applications I have at home for lights, water heaters, radiators, which are less user-friendly and less "smart". The application controls the dehumidifier at 100% and from a distance... as well as having all its functions along with the scenarios.
• The scenarios are the settings based on humidity, external temperature, and weather conditions (rain, etc.). You can create operating conditions for the machine and no longer have to deal with its operation, only to empty the container, if you haven't given it a drain. (I attach a photo)
I live in the northern suburbs and I have an issue with humidity. Without moving it from its position, it collects two containers per day.
I always operate it as a dehumidifier and air purifier together, and the latter gives a sense of clean air, as if you have the window open. I tried it once in the kitchen when I was cooking with strong odors, and the result was that the smell disappeared within 10 minutes. I also smoke Iquos, which it easily eliminates and I don't hear any complaints...
In conclusion, I would like to say that its price is not low, but I think you will easily recover the cost as it significantly reduces the use of the radiator, I turn it on much less, and the house reaches temperature in 15 minutes, while at the same time you will enjoy a better atmosphere.

The Mercedes of dehumidifiers. Of course, it's not meant to sleep in the same room, but I mainly got it for my sister's adjacent empty apartment and it really does what it's intended for. I would have liked the filter to be a bit cheaper, but you can find it on sale for under 20 euros, so you can grab it. Of course, by definition, the air conditioner does the same job, but the dehumidifier has a much lower consumption.
It is truly the best you can get for your space. It is worth every single cent; personally, I have become addicted to its effectiveness, both in air purification and in dehumidifying-drying clothes. The noise is indeed significant; however, this is a subjective criterion that does not concern me personally, and for that reason, I do not take away any stars from the rating.
I really wonder about the positive reviews. Without wanting to offend any review, I am convinced that most buyers of this product simply bought it, opened it, turned it on, and never looked back. So far, I have made two replacements. The humidity readings show 10% to 15% higher than they should. Confirmed with two other hygrometers and even with the old one we have. The result is that it consumes more kilowatt-hours than it should. For example, if you set it to stop dehumidifying at 55% or 60%, it will never stop since it measures incorrectly. After a few days of operation, the fan and the blower make a constant rattling noise. The worst and most ridiculous problem of all is the P1 indicator that it shows, causing the element to freeze continuously and the dehumidifier to try to defrost it, making more noise than normal. (Which is obviously not the case since our room has 20-22 degrees.) I am attaching a photo of what the manual says on this issue. If you look at the questions, you will see the same problem with other buyers. For its price, I can only give it one star, and that is already too much. We are going for a refund

Without having experience with other dehumidifiers, I chose this one because of the HEPA filter, ionizer function, and ultraviolet radiation for air purification. I am returning after having the dehumidifier for exactly 1.5 years now!
Well, one of the best systems I have ever bought in general. It works continuously in winter and summer due to the unique climate of the area. I live in the countryside across from a park, so the humidity, especially during the winter months, is unbearable. I bought it because I honestly couldn't sleep in the bedroom due to the humidity (headaches, bad smell, always wet tiles).
It does exactly what it says, very good dehumidification. I have honestly been saved by the drying function for clothes since I don't have a balcony, so the clothes would dry inside the house. Imagine drying sweatshirts and jeans in the room, it would skyrocket the humidity levels and it would take the clothes five days to dry.
At temperatures below 15 degrees, the defrost function will activate, lasting about half a minute, and the truth is that it repeats several times without bothering me or affecting the overall performance of the device.
It is a device that does the job in serious humidity situations, and I fully justify its price (purchase price €380). The noise is very normal for this type of machine, I don't understand what bothers some people. A similar dehumidifier (20lt/24h) from a well-known company falls far behind in terms of build quality and dehumidification levels. The WiFi could be better, but I share the internet with my neighbor who has the router, so I understand the frequent disconnection of the dehumidifier as it connects to 2.4GHz frequencies and not to the 5GHz frequency that my signal booster uses. In conclusion, invest without fear in spaces with serious humidity problems.
Important detail: If you have pets, it would be good to have the dehumidifier serviced once a year at an authorized store to avoid losing the warranty. (Some fine hairs and dust get inside the machine)
I have no experience with previous machines. However, I recently bought the new model from the company and it does indeed make noise, tolerable when it operates at low speeds. It has a fairly high-quality construction and is easy to use. It does a good job for a house near the sea. However, I would recommend the next model that is less noisy.

Update 21/2/24: The photo I uploaded was exactly one year ago without a dehumidifier. The wall was in bad condition as well as the ceilings, this year there is nothing in any part of the house.
It worked perfectly for as long as it lasted (with only one complaint that the fan makes quite a bit of noise - the motor is completely silent). After 2 years and 1 month (i.e., 1 month after the warranty expired), it broke down due to a refrigerant leak that the company's representative tells me cannot be fixed at all. So, throwing away 300 euros after 2 years. Perfect.

Hello! I recently bought this dehumidifier from a well-known chain of stores, as it was the last piece and they had it at almost half price. (It came sealed and "new", meaning it wasn't a display model). I had been searching for a dehumidifier for a while since I live on an island, so it is necessary during the winter months (and not only).
I bought it for two reasons:
1) because I found it at half price, and
2) because it also functions as an air purifier. In the house where I live, there is no extractor fan, and they are not willing to install one for me, so I couldn't cook like that because on one hand, there is humidity during cooking, and on the other hand, there are food odors, so I had to do something.
And I can say that I am completely satisfied.
- I don't use the UVC lamp part much, maybe I turn it on for an hour 3-4 times a week.
- The ionizer, on the other hand, is often activated in my device because I noticed that it does its job.
- The internet connection is very easy through the manuals.
- Extending the warranty is also an easy process.
In one word, I highly recommend it!
Tip: In my opinion, you should register the product for warranty before you start using the device, just in case.
Purchased for humidity control in a 50sqm space (living room, kitchen). I do not use the lamp as it is of questionable effectiveness and may be harmful to health under certain conditions. Many settings from the application, all good with Wi-Fi. Overall, a good purchase that does what it was bought for, with two points that I consider negative: 1) it is noisy even on levels 1 and 2) it should have a larger container in my opinion.
As a dehumidifier, it's great... but... after 8 months, the machine stopped working and displayed a specific error. I contacted the company and guess what...!! It requires a new filter every time this happens... WARNING: Not just cleaning the filter! The entire filter needs to be replaced... meaning every 6-8 months, costing 35€... a regular subscription! And now I'm searching a lot for a dehumidifier that only requires filter cleaning... I wish I knew this before purchasing it... I would have never bought it.

Apart from all the positives mentioned in the other reviews, it is worth noting the amazing service from Inventor.
Having lost the dehumidifier's manual and having exceeded 2,000 operating hours, the filter change indicator did not go off (even after changing it, resulting in it not turning on).
I contacted them via email through their website, and within less than a minute, they called me and solved my problem. It is worth noting that:
- The dehumidifier has a 5-year warranty - So do not panic!
- You can activate the warranty through their website by entering the merchant's details + the Serial Number located on the right side of the dehumidifier.
Solution to the above problem:
- In case something similar happens to you, simply activate the dehumidifier and hold down the timer button for 5 seconds. This step may be required every x operating hours and it will reset the counter.
A company is serious when its service is equally good.
In a 70 sqm ground floor house, 20 meters from the sea, where some nights in winter the container (3 lt) can fill with humidity ranging from 68-75%, it does a great job.
Before I proceed with the evaluation, I would like to mention that the previous dehumidifier was a Philco that worked perfectly for 10 years (it still works, but it makes noise and some of the components started having issues - otherwise a reliable machine).
But let's focus on the current machine, the Inventor.
Firstly, it should be understood that if you want to achieve dehumidification in houses with humidity levels similar to what I initially described, the machine should work almost all day.
And this is where this dehumidifier makes the difference. The programming options, the hours you can set through the app (a plethora of options/automations such as before/after sunset, specific hours, based on the external humidity through weather forecast for the area, etc.) are what make the difference.
To give a specific example, I have programmed the following:
- It starts automatically at 1:00 AM and shuts off 1 hour before sunrise.
- In the morning, the humidity in the house is at the desired levels (~65%, which I have programmed), so it doesn't need to work.
- In the afternoon, it starts 1 hour before sunset automatically in quiet mode.
- It shuts off automatically at 11:00 PM before sleep and starts again at 1:00 AM.
Meanwhile, even if it is set, for example, at 65% humidity, when it reaches this limit, it stays on standby and operates after a few hours for a short period to check through the air entering the machine if the humidity has changed.
If it remains within the desired limits, it goes back to standby, etc.
In short, it is a serious machine for those who want to achieve proper dehumidification, provided that they use its functions smartly in order to have peace and quiet in the house when they need it.
In conclusion, I will write the same thing that most people have written. Dehumidifiers and quietness do not go together (at least not with the current technology). It is one of the quietest, and essentially, any noise comes from the air and not from the compressor. This is quite significant and anyone who has had an older machine in the past understands it.
