It sucks incredibly. All powerful vacuum cleaners make noise and that's understandable. However, this one makes creaking and scratching sounds that you can tell are coming from the motor and are not part of the normal noise. Regardless of the setting you put it on. And when you turn it off, it sounds like the motor is hitting metal. Is it defective? I don't know what is normal and what is not, but because I live in the countryside, I will keep it as long as it lasts. So much money and a motor can't work without vibrations? There is no strange technology inside. It's just a motor and a touch panel where you simply select the speed. Would I buy it again? No. Definitely overpriced for the money... And by the way, TEKA support is completely below average. I can't even reach them on the phone... More than 20 phone calls just to get an answer, and obviously I didn't get an answer and I will probably lose the warranty until I solve it
