From the first 15 minutes of use, after touching it a few times on the ground, it hit a protruding rock and broke one of the two ears of the chain oil cap! However, the REAL problem appeared when the fuel level dropped below 3/5 and in a sideways position while cutting small logs, it suddenly started to stall!! With many pulls in a horizontal position, it would start again, but immediately when tilted, it would stall. Eventually, I found the problem, and it is DESIGN FLAW! The fuel filter and its hose are too far away combined with a very poor tank design, and when the saw tilts, the filter gets stuck in a position above the fuel and stalls. So according to the manufacturer, the tank must always be full (and it consumes the fuel in 5-10 minutes!) or we will only cut in a horizontal position, meaning already cut wood... Overall quality is terrible, the photos show the broken cap, the problematic tank, and the wear after a total use of 30 minutes!
I give it 4 stars because in terms of material quality I don't find it perfect, but this year since I got it, I cut 12 tons of wood and I had no problems at all, not even with the starting, no problems anywhere, it's worth the money for sure.
It is very powerful. I have had it for five years, I go into the forest and it doesn't struggle with anything. It cuts through thick wild wood like butter. It is worth its money and more.
It is the best for the money, very powerful, takes on easily, good quality with all the components. I have cut down 10 whole trees and it doesn't struggle with anything.
cuts non-stop and cuts like a knife through butter..... all my gasoline tools are Nakayama.... reliable, inexpensive, and immediate service at the dealership

For its price, it is flawless. It starts easily and is powerful. In some areas, the low build quality is evident, but in its operation, it is very good. There is no point in comparing it to much more expensive chainsaws. Good value for money purchase.
Review 1:
Purchased at the end of July. So far, it has cut about 300-400 kilograms of olives (medium and large size and whole trees) and almond trees (small and medium branches). It didn't get stuck anywhere and was quick and comfortable. However, since it is of course new, I will come back with a newer review, which is why I write 1st... so far very Value For Money!
Review 2:
30/11/2024. It has already cut over 3 tons of wood, mainly olives! The only thing I changed is an Oregon chain. After this, the tool is amazing! It doesn't get stuck anywhere! I conclude that it is indeed one of the most VfM options, with only downside being the factory chain, which is good to start with but soon needs another good one to complete the choice! Immediate start! I highly recommend it!
The chainsaw was purchased for clearing a plot of land, abandoned for 15 plus years. Large trees up to 40 centimeters trunk. Unexpectedly powerful. Very good value for money tool and I consider it suitable for professional use. Starts easily, satisfactory to exceptional consumption. Good mixing oil and does it all!
I give it a 5 because it is clearly value for money. I bought it to cut down a large pine tree. In the end, I used it for everyday cutting of 20 to 30 centimeters and I am extremely satisfied
I bought it thinking it would be a mediocre to bad chainsaw that would only withstand a little use. Maybe it's the best purchase I've ever made. Incredibly powerful, the lightest in its category by a huge margin, it cuts through anything easily. If you lubricate it properly, you won't cut too dry wood and you know how to cut (because when it has a large blade the pressures of the woods can easily twist it) then it's an amazing tool. It does lose chain lubrication oil if you store it upright but this is solved by storing it sideways. And if it breaks down again, I would buy the same one because it's simply unbeatable at this price.
For those who complain that it's hard to start, I think they're not following the steps correctly. If it doesn't start after 2 attempts, you need to wait 10 minutes for the gasoline to evaporate from the spark plug.
Difficult to start, but if you manage to get it, it is very good, at least in the beginning with a new chain. Let's see what it will produce in the future.
It is the worst purchase I have ever made. It only started once after a lot of difficulty, then it shut down and never started again. I tried to fix it but nothing worked, even changing the spark plug. The belt broke on the second pull and we tied it lower. The result is that I am about to break it out of frustration. Money wasted!
The PC3100 chainsaw is very good if you're lucky and get a good batch, otherwise it's a gift for someone you don't like to annoy them. It has several issues, especially with the carburetor. For the little cutting I did with this particular model, about 4-5 hours in total, it cuts well and is lightweight. The older series was more reliable
The only thing I can say is "negative" is that after a while of cutting, the chain loosens a bit; it still cuts, it just doesn't have the perfect tension anymore. Of course, it has only been tested so far on dry pine! I will come back when cutting is done on green wood. (Of course, it doesn't affect your work and the cutting). After a year of use, it is the absolute machine for its price! 6 stars easily
For 100 euros, it's a very good value. Easy assembly. The first time it started almost immediately. The second and third time it gave me trouble because I probably left a little gasoline inside. The first time I cut olives and oranges very easily. The second time, I easily cut some lemon tree trunks in the field. The third time, it lasted for 12-13 minutes of continuous use. When the tank was almost empty, I would refill it and continue cutting so that it wouldn't run out of fuel again. That's when it became clear that it needs a better chain because I was cutting a 1.2-meter eucalyptus tree and it was going slowly. It definitely had to do with the hardness of the eucalyptus wood rather than the fact that it was green. Although I have sharpened the chain myself five times (I have the appropriate sharpening tools), I don't see much improvement, so I think it's time for a new one. The choice of a new chain shouldn't bother you because whatever you put on will be far better. The machine itself is flawless and didn't get stuck anywhere (although it was tested on small branches). Obviously, it has slightly lower quality in its plastics, but that's okay.
Very good value for money. It has cutting power. A bit heavy in one hand, I bought it for cutting thick branches and retailing on the ground. You have to leave it on its side so that the chain oil doesn't drip. However, for a total of 92 euros, it's worth it. I had the same one for 3 years as the main tool for semi-professional pruning and cutting wood for the house. The immediately better and lighter one, for example, the eco (2.3 kg), is 3.5 times more expensive.
It seems powerful but its chain is worthless. It's not even worth sharpening. I will put a good one and I will come back. In the end, I tried a 20 euro chain and it cuts fine.
I give it 4 stars instead of 5 because for the 150€ I bought it (2 tons of wood), I needed another chain... maybe it also needs a new blade because both the blade and the chain are useless (the blade got bent and the chain got worn out immediately). I will try to straighten the blade as much as possible, otherwise I will have to replace it. It has a lot of power in cutting... although at first it didn't lubricate the chain (the chain lubrication mechanism was stuck) and they replaced it, it had a warranty.
Good initial bedding and attention to the quantity of oil in the gasoline. A first acquaintance quite good so far. Almost 5 tons of dry wood. Value for money for amateur use
More than 8 tons of wood so far in a short period of time (about 3 months). The switch (on/off) broke because a little gasoline spilled on it when I was filling it up, it dried out and broke. The chain is very bad, it needed replacement very early on and it didn't withstand much when I was cutting, so it was changed. It should be noted that I cut hard wood. Otherwise, it is a decent machine that costs a third of the well-known ones in its category, and this is important because if you spend the amount that a well-known one costs and get three, I think you will cut down half of the Amazon
I bought it yesterday to cut an olive tree, it gave me quite a hard time to start, sometimes it starts immediately, sometimes it doesn't, maybe I'm doing something wrong.
Nevertheless, it seems very well-built, powerful, and cuts very well.
Good evening
Compared to a similar Husqvarna, the following were observed.
Increased chain oil consumption even when adjusted to the minimum.
Increased gasoline consumption.
Increased weight for pruning.
The chain it comes with is disposable, as well as the Chinese spark plug, replace them.
It needs minor adjustments because it has a high idle and often stalls during acceleration.
So why would someone give it five stars??
If the above are done, I consider it to be a very good tool, don't forget that it is compared to another chainsaw that costs four times more
I used it for the first time today, 3/11/22, for cutting firewood.
Everything that is said about the screws that hold the chain tensioner is TRUE, they often loosen and need attention because the chain loosens in the middle of work. I am thinking of replacing the screws with ones of better quality or changing the mechanism if I find something that fits.
Definitely, additional washers on the screws on the cover to prevent the plastic from wearing out.
I cut about 1.5 tons of wood, and it was dry.
It cuts very well but the chain didn't last long. So I replaced the 50-inch blade with the 45-inch one from McCulloch (I didn't have a second 50-inch chain), with a chain from VISCO. I didn't need to replace or even sharpen it for all the remaining wood!!! (I didn't expect that).
I was impressed when I cut a double trunk of 50+ centimeters, the blade was almost completely submerged in the wood, and by making the classic up-down motion without much pressure, it did a great job.
I didn't face any problems even when I cut from bottom to top, cutting, I repeat, DRY WOOD (there is a difference), with a diameter ranging from a few centimeters to 30-40 centimeters.
It doesn't have any vibrations, it doesn't tire the hands at all. And with the 45-inch blade, it seems to take a big breath, so I will probably leave it permanently and keep the 50-inch for larger trunks... if needed.
At startup, due to the lack of "priming", it requires a few extra pulls until the mixture reaches the cylinder, but no problem. I didn't need to adjust the carburetor, AND it has a stable idle AND it works perfectly at full throttle!!!!!!!
Yes, it consumes a little gasoline but ALSO chain oil. When the gasoline tank was empty, I refilled it and also added chain oil because there was very little left. This doesn't bother me, as long as it withstands over time. After all, how much gasoline do you need to burn to cut 1-2 tons of wood? I consumed about 2.5-3 liters for 1.5 tons, if I remember correctly.
I use the best oil for the mixture, FD category, and I believe that this is important.
What can I say, I cut wood for my house, not professionally, so I can't compare it to professional models.
Only time will tell about its durability and any potential problems.
Finally, because I see a lot of negative reviews, I have to say that maybe due to Chinese manufacturing, there may be faulty parts, of course, this happens with all machines, I can't give an opinion, but mine seems very good from the first impression.
And of course, let's not forget about its.... price.
It starts difficultly even though I haven't experimented with jigsaws, it requires attention in terms of quality because the plastics on the cord may break. It is quite powerful but heavy for its size. It is convenient for cutting small pieces of wood - with caution - while holding it with one hand
