I bought it for lighting under the cabinets on the kitchen counter. The installation with the adhesive magnet is very convenient, so you can easily remove the device whenever you want to charge it or change the mode from auto to on/off. In auto mode, it turns on with motion sensor (which works quite well, just approach the counter, no need to put your hands underneath) only during nighttime and when there is low lighting in the kitchen. If the main light is on, it doesn't turn on. The light stays on for 15 seconds if there is no additional motion, otherwise it continues. There is also the option to keep it constantly on when desired. I will see its durability in the coming months and will come back if there is a problem.
Update: I am deducting one star because it requires frequent charging. With minimal use, only in auto mode to turn on with the sensor and not constantly, the brightness decreases significantly. A similar night light from another company that we have in the bathroom with very frequent use still operates with the same performance for three times longer than this one requires charging
