I have not been satisfied with this particular purchase. I recently bought the machine for office use and in a few days, the ink ribbon needed to be replaced. Although it stated that it is compatible with this specific machine, when I insert it with the card, it says that I need to use the original ink ribbon. So, it doesn't make sense to buy a non-original ink ribbon because the machine will not work
