Capabilities

The VERSAMAX is a hanging external filter designed for regular and nano aquariums. Thanks to its high capacity, the filter guarantees intensive water filtration while requiring very little space. It is very quiet and easy to use.

Mode of Operation

  • Hang the filter on an aquarium wall so that the intake tube is inside the tank, while the pump body is outside
  • When starting, fill the filter container with water and then connect the power cord to the network
  • Shortly after activation, a properly assembled filter will suck air from the intake system and start drawing water from the aquarium


  • The pumping capacity can be adjusted within a wide range via a selector located at the top of the flow unit
  • The pump draws water from the bottom of the water tank, then the water flows through the filter cartridges and is finally released back into the aquarium
  • The filter performance can be adjusted using the selector located at the top of the flow unit
  • The tilt angle of the filter is also adjustable
  • Thanks to the state-of-the-art motor, its operation is almost silent
