It does an incredible job immediately but the cat hates its taste. So, it only works with gourmet and I use half the amount it says. However, I was shocked when the yellow stains disappeared from its teeth twice! After all, I was thinking of eating it ourselves hahaha

(For male cats / or / and cats with urinary problems)

I bought it for my cat because his teeth are yellow with a lot of plaque. I started giving him according to the dosage one spoonful a day but I stopped immediately after the second day because I saw blood in his urine!
My little cat had been hospitalized about half a year ago because his urethra was blocked (UTI and blockage) and our vet had told us that if we see blood again, it means he is blocking again. Because this powder was the only thing I changed in his diet, I wondered if it was the cause. So, after looking at the ingredients and doing my own research, I found out that the product contains 22% raw ash! Raw ash is different minerals, etc. that do not dissolve after food combustion and are generally found in cat products but in small quantities. The most dangerous thing about ash is that it contains a high percentage of calcium, which is a key ingredient in the formation of stones that block the cat's urinary tract.

In lower / regular quality foods, it is recommended to contain up to a maximum of 10% raw ash. In my food, it contains 1%! (Meat crisp platinum, I recommend it for UTI / very high-quality food at a reasonable price). As you can understand, 22% is even outrageous!

I am not a veterinarian nor do I have extensive knowledge on the whole subject. It may have been a coincidence or I may be wrong. What I do know, however, is that there is no way I will continue his treatment with this powder and anyone who has a male cat (they are more susceptible to UTI) or a cat with a history of this disease should avoid it!

(Just for the record, the cat was hospitalized for 3 days in a clinic with a total cost of €350 .. Apart from the financial aspect, my little one suffered incredibly, with pain, catheters, and anxiety... Please be careful!!)

  I recently bought this product for the first time after a veterinarian's recommendation, as our 6-year-old cat had been showing signs of gingivitis and bad breath. I was concerned, admittedly, about a negative review regarding the percentage of raw ash. Indeed, the product's ingredients state that it contains raw ash at a percentage of 22%. The net weight of the product is 40g, while the daily dosage (a dosing spoon is included in the packaging) should be ≈0.3g, according to the duration of use indicated on the packaging (see photo). Therefore, we are talking about approximately 0.07g of raw ash per dose.

  One can easily determine that the amount of ash the animal consumes from food is higher. For example, dry food from a well-known company contains raw ash at a percentage of 7.5%, or 7.5g per 100g of food. Similarly, wet food in 100g sachets consists of 2% (2g) of raw ash. Even a food with a percentage of 1% raw ash contains a much larger quantity per serving compared to a dose of the supplement.

  Personally, I have been satisfied with the product. I add it once a day to my cat's wet food and it does not seem to affect his appetite for it. From the second day of using the supplement, the bad breath decreased significantly and then completely disappeared.
