  I've had the monitor for about 2 weeks. I've searched through the settings and adjusted everything to get the best possible picture. I should also mention that I have connected a PS4; I don't have a PC or a PS5.

  The only negatives:

  The speakers have very poor sound quality, nothing compared to a TV or the previous Samsung TV monitor I had. Although you get used to the sound after a while, I would say it sounds like you have the monitor in the next room with the door closed. So separate speakers are a must.

  The picture, although good, I noticed that in the YouTube app from the PlayStation 4, there is a lot of noise in the image, especially when it is static. I didn't see anything like that on Netflix and Disney+. To avoid being bothered, I have reduced the VividPixel setting (sharpness on other monitors or TVs) to 30%, which helps but does not eliminate the problem. Also, this has the side effect that the titles of the videos and generally the whole UI looks blurry. All of this is only on YouTube!

  Of course, it doesn't have a remote control; it's not a TV, just reminding in case someone gets confused.

  Positives I didn't expect:

  The stand is very sturdy!

  It has some features in the gameplus menu that are very useful for someone playing on PC or next-gen consoles. More specifically: Crosshair, Timer, FPS Counter Display Alignment. The Overdrive function actually works, reducing ghosting, but at 100% it causes overshooting. You can test the setting with the UFO test

  Finally, I should say that obviously with a PS4 running 1080p at 60hz, I can't have an objective opinion on the response time, 165hz, and FreeSync Premium.

  If I discover something new (negative or positive) or if I get a PS5 Pro, I will update my review! Specifically for the PS5, I will compare the picture with the previous Samsung TV monitor I had, which only supports 1080p 60hz with a 4ms response time so that I can have an opinion on those as well!
