It is very easy to install and holds very well. If you don't apply too much force during installation, you can peel it off a little to straighten it. However, if it stays on for a while or you apply force, it's done, it won't peel off.

I would prefer a different type of adhesive that can be removed more easily either after incorrect placement or when it gets damaged and needs to be replaced. So BE CAREFUL with the placement, ask for the help of a second person to avoid sticking it in the wrong position or crooked! It is not very thick, so it is probably not suitable for friction but for light contact (opening a car door in a garage, etc.).

2024-04-30Expert userI used it in the car as insulation, it is not for a lot of friction (for something to be dragged heavily on it) and I placed it under the carpet. It does not come off, it is flexible, you can cut it in a curve if needed without it "breaking" on its own. I am posting photos for you to see its thickness, it does not compress easily.
