It is not of very high quality overall, with relatively weak plastics and thin contacts, but it is OK for typical household use. I would not put too much heavy continuous load on it, such as radiators/heaters.

The good thing about this plug compared to most perhaps is that it has this rubber at the junction with the cable, which provides a very good fit and sufficient sealing.
