The flashlight is just fine. Since I saw that some people had issues with this particular flashlight, the solution is in the manual. This flashlight is 180 lumens. The 700 comes from the fact that there is a Turbo mode, in which it is indeed very powerful and possibly close to 700 lumens.

To activate the Turbo Mode, while the flashlight is off, you hold down the mode button until it lights up. To turn it off, you press the power button. Also, if the flashlight is already on in one of the three basic intensities, by holding down the mode button, the turbo mode is activated for as long as you hold the button.

The flashlight has two modes. The Demo, where in all modes it stays on for 30 seconds, and the Daily in which it stays on until we turn it off.

The default mode is Demo. So we need to hold both buttons down simultaneously for about 3 seconds to switch to Daily and prevent it from automatically turning off in the three basic modes (1, 30, and 180 lumens).

The company states that the Turbo Mode drains the battery in 15 minutes. This is normal for such a small flashlight. At 180 lumens, the battery lasts about 1:30 hours according to the manual, which is more than enough for the size of the flashlight.

Even 180 lumens can be excessive in many cases.

It is a good purchase, considering that we are talking about a keychain flashlight with a very small battery, which is essentially for small tasks and not for someone to go hiking at night, for example.

It could be a bit cheaper, but it's Nitecore...

Just received it. Very good, powerful and ergonomic!
The clip is meant to provide some protection to the USB port and to be attached somewhere like a cap. It is not meant to protect the buttons from being pressed accidentally. For the protection of the buttons from accidental pressing, there is the demo function that turns off the flashlight in 30 seconds. So, when the flashlight is stored in the pocket, it is good to activate the demo function with the lowest intensity, so even if it accidentally turns on, it's not a big deal.
The price is a bit high, that's why some people who boast about finding it much cheaper should write where they purchased it from, so that the rest of us don't get fooled. I believe we live in a free market.
Lastly, personally, I would like more water protection, for example in the rain, although it might be fine, we'll see.

The most important thing is that it has very low brightness at 700lm, the light it emits is not cool white, so this brightness issue arises. The 700lm corresponds to 150lm cool white light compared to another flashlight that has cool white light. The quality is more towards good and average. The flashlight swims inside the clip it has, while it should be stable. The type-c charging port it has is completely unprotected, not even a minimal rubber. It is very expensive compared to purchases from other countries. I don't like it because of the brightness. I would not recommend it for purchase.

Really impressive light for such a small size and weight. I first saw it in a video and you don't realize how small it is until you hold it in your hands. Slightly larger than the small Bic lighters. The best keychain lens on the market, clearly! Everything is perfect for the purpose it is made for, except for a small flaw that the company is aware of and provides a solution for. It can accidentally turn on in your pocket, so it would be good to use the plastic base that comes with the lens, which can be attached to a hat or helmet (I used it as a headlamp at work on my helmet) upside down to cover the activation buttons, so you won't have any issues with it accidentally turning on.

Incredible lighting for its size.
Charges with USB-C!
It has 4 levels of lighting (Turbo, High, Medium, Low). To activate "Turbo", the button with the lines (Mode Button) needs to be pressed for a while while the flashlight is off.
It also has two modes, Demo and normal. In Demo mode (the default mode), the flashlight turns off after 30". To switch to normal mode, hold down both buttons until the flashlight blinks twice.
Only two minor flaws, the plastic clip and the buttons that protrude a bit and can be pressed if you have it in a tight pocket.

In recent years, I have had in my possession the TIP 360 lumens, from which I am absolutely satisfied. So, I also bought the TIP SE with 720 lumens. The same (maybe even better) top quality construction and excellent performance. Already, the old one was impressively powerful, but this one is even better. The increased brightness is not reflected in a greater distance, but in a wider range. The beam is more "spread out" and the color is warmer. As for the battery, it is the same as the old one, meaning very good for its intended use.
The only drawback I found is that the clip cannot be placed on the side of the buttons to protect them from accidental activation. This is because its shape is not symmetrical front-back, like the old one, but on the side of the reflectors, it is slightly wider. To place the clip above the buttons, you have to open it too much and it is certain that it will break soon if you insist.
*The price of it in Greek stores is outrageous. I bought it from an online store abroad for under €20 including shipping.
