Do not buy it! Utter disappointment!! It is truly unbelievable how it collects dust on the carpet and DOES NOT suck it up!!! I took it to the service center after using it for a few months (twice a month) because I was very disappointed with how it doesn't suck and clean the carpet. At the service center, they told me that I should change the filters and that the filters should be cleaned with compressed air at a gas station regularly. When I explained to them that the filters are spotless because the usage is minimal, they suspiciously opened them up and confirmed it. However, they insisted and sold me new filters, which I bought. When I tried again to see if it now absorbs the dust from the carpets, I saw once again that it DOES NOT suck it up and leaves the accumulated dirt there! I went back to the service center and they didn't believe me until I showed them the video I took, then they told me that "cyclonic vacuums are not suitable for wool carpets, old bagged vacuums were better, no matter how powerful this vacuum is, it doesn't work for all carpets, try cleaning it without the brush head, only with the hose (Oh my God!!)" I replied to them that cleaning carpets with just a hose is at least unrealistic and not practical for a vacuum, and when I asked them to tell me if their official dealership response is that I should have bought a vacuum with a bag and that this one doesn't work for all carpets but only for some, and that I wasted my money, their answer was "yes"!!! Stay away!!!
Well, as a first experience compared to an old one I had with a Ronson vacuum cleaner, this vacuum cleaner is quiet. If you reduce the intensity from the setting on the handle, it increases very little compared to bagged vacuum cleaners. The vacuum cleaner is what it claims to be if you use it correctly! When you put it on full power, it lifts the carpet, meaning a hallway or someone will have to step on it because it simply lifts it up! As a vacuum cleaner, it is easily stored, it just has many accessories that need space for them.

The vacuum cleaner is a weapon!!! There is no job it can't handle, having 2 dogs, a parrot, and a toddler in the house, the floor becomes a mess from one moment to the next! I wouldn't describe it as quiet at all, maybe the opposite. Its quiet operation is only in the strong power, but still audible. Comparatively, the previous Hoover vacuum cleaner was indeed quiet.... but ineffective!
This specific vacuum cleaner doesn't leave a single grain of sand behind! When I used the nozzle for pets, I wondered what I had been sweeping for so long!!! Half of my hair was on the floor ☹, I vacuum every day and it's incredible what it picks up! It's worth every euro 1 to 1
Very powerful vacuum cleaner with many accessories but quite expensive if you don't get it on sale. The negative aspect is that in two years I had to change the central brush twice because the spiral inside gets cut and can only be replaced with the original one.
I have been using a handheld vacuum for years and it has always served me well. After searching for the right one for me and not finding any that caught my eye, I decided to look into the classic ones. After months of searching, I ended up with this specific vacuum, although still hesitant, despite its wide range of accessories. So, I decided to give it a try.
In the first phase, I really liked the quality of the plastic, the spare parts, and the vacuum itself. It is very sturdy and well-built. The bristles under the feet are exceptional. It comes with a lot of attachments. It is quiet, has an ergonomic handle, and the cord is relatively long, up to 80 square meters, so there is no need to change outlets. It cleans perfectly and leaves no trace behind! I should note that I have three children and a dog. The only negative aspect for me is that I would have preferred the hose to be a bit longer. Overall, it is perfect and I highly recommend it. It is truly very good!
Let's start with the fact that it is indeed quiet. You can clean and have a conversation with someone without shouting.
We bought it because we have a baby and 2 cats and a dog in the house, and because in a few months the baby will be crawling on the floors, we wanted to offer a clean floor as much as possible.

Very good vacuum cleaner with many attachments. It absorbs almost every hair and crumb. The floor is now clean even after days, unlike the old vacuum cleaner that needed to be used almost every day. User-friendly with very easy emptying of the bin. On the downside, I would say that it is quite heavy for me and the handle support broke after 2 months of use.

The filters easily get clogged and require constant cleaning. After a while, the dust bin does not fit well, causing a loss of suction power. It is very expensive and does not deliver on its promises. I do not recommend it at all
Excellent in everything! It is a sturdy construction with the corresponding weight, which you can feel when you lift it to store it only. Quiet and powerful, two different attachments for floors and carpets, one more slim to fit under a sofa or bed. Two different attachments for carpets and some smaller ones for sofas and armchairs. In a cleaned house with the previous vacuum cleaner, the bin was half full! You need to work with it two or three times to find the way it works, and it is important to use the appropriate attachment each time. With a dog that sheds for a month and leaves hair wherever it touches, I believe I found what I was looking for.

I was hoping it would be perfect! I have had it for almost a month, but I haven't found it to be perfectly absorbent on both carpet and floor. Unless mine turned out to be defective... Today, I tested it with toast, I placed my foot on top and it didn't soak it up! What can I say?
After a few weeks of use, I have noticed the following.
It sucks quite well. The results are visible in the contents of the bin.
Depending on the carpet, its texture, and the direction of vacuuming, the brushes may even get stuck at the slightest intensity.
The vacuum itself is quiet, but if you decrease the intensity from the setting on the handle, the noise from the air being sucked in is louder than the vacuum itself.
In terms of accessories, it is relatively complete, but the most important one for crevices is missing.
It is quite heavy, to the point where you can feel the hose stretching when you pull it back.
You will need extra space to store the accessories.
The small brush is very useful. The large brush does not do a particularly better job with regards to pet hair, compared to the basic brush.
Wonderful sturdy broom, especially if there is a dog or cat in the house, it leaves nothing behind. Easy to clean and excellent filters. Worth the money!
Because I have a dog, I chose this vacuum cleaner. I am very satisfied with its performance, especially on carpets. I highly recommend it
There are other models with the same "engine" but with fewer accessories. We chose to get this model with the rotating brushes as we have a pet that sheds a lot. The vacuum cleaner is of fantastic quality, you don't fear breaking anything, and the assembly and disassembly of the accessories and the bin are very easy.
As for the power, it is excellent. It works well on smooth surfaces, picking up dust and hair without needing to pass the vacuum cleaner's sole over them - just being next to them is enough. It also works well on carpets. When I used it for the first time at home, it filled the bin with two fingers' worth of dust from carpets that were being vacuumed every 2 days with another bagged vacuum cleaner!
I have had it for a little over half a year, and maintenance is quite easy - you remove the bin after each use and empty it (you can do it less frequently depending on usage). Every 1 to 1.5 months, you clean the bin's filter by running it under running water and cleaning it for 5-10 minutes until it becomes white again. It is important to clean the filter, otherwise, it gets clogged with the dust it holds, and the vacuum cleaner loses power.
Overall, I am very satisfied.
I bought it even though I had another vacuum because of the dog. It does everything it promises, it is very powerful to the point where it lifts the carpets many times. It has many accessories and it looks high quality. (Time will tell of course) It's not quiet, but for me, that's acceptable for the job it does. Of course, I got it on sale for 199 euros, I wouldn't pay 349. That's up to everyone's judgment. Either way, I am completely satisfied with the product, 5 stars from me
