      I bought the product on 13/09/21 and on 15/09/21 it was already damaged. Replacement is not provided because I threw away the receipt out of joy. My 16-month-old puppy managed to destroy it on 18/10/21. I would recommend a toy that is flexible, meaning that it can be bitten and has elasticity. I am greatly disappointed with this specific company, as none of their toys lasted
