I really wanted to give 5 stars but I can't understand why it tore so much above the inner zipper without ever stressing that specific spot. I never load it to maximum capacity and I hang it from the other side. Other than that, I am satisfied.

It has five external pockets: three with zippers and two for a bottle - umbrella.
Internally, it is divided into two compartments, one for a laptop with foam padding.
Internally, it also has two pockets for keys - cards and one for a pen, as well as a spacious zippered pocket.
The straps at the bottom are sewn at an angle, making it easier to put on and take off.
The padded shoulder straps and back are very comfortable.
It fits a lot (I also put groceries, such as: a two-liter milk bottle, a 750 ml water bottle, and a mesh bag of oranges).
I tested it in heavy rain and the papers inside did not get wet.
