brilliant product but occasionally will not automatically reconnect when you're pc goes into power saver mode
It only works on Windows. It was tested on Linux (Fedora, Garuda, Arch Linux). Unfortunately, the system does not recognize it...
It has issues with the 5GHz. It takes annoyingly long to start up the PC and it will eventually show the 5GHz, which it even refuses to connect automatically. I thought the TP-LINK Archer T4U v3 was bad... this is just a joke
It is good, fast, and has a very good range. Because it also has installation data inside it and the system sees it as a flash drive, it constantly changes the letter of the external hard drive.
It is very good, with amazing range. From where I used to get 30 Mbps with an M2 card, two walls away from the router, now I get 90...
The only negative thing is that I want it permanently on the USB port, but every time I shut down and restart the computer, I have to remove it and plug it back in. I haven't found a solution to this yet...
Other than that, it is plug and play.
I bought it because after installing fiber optic, my old adapter couldn't handle the network speed anymore. It's plug 'n play, but it doesn't allow my computer to enter sleep mode. I had to create shortcuts on the desktop to disable it before putting it to sleep. Overall, though, it is stable and I haven't experienced any disconnections. I also play online, so I would have definitely noticed. Its range is so-so. When I had it connected low in my desktop case, it didn't have a strong signal. Now I have it in the USB hub on my desk and it has a decent signal (although I still don't reach the 200mbps of my connection). And it's not far from the router (about 6-7 meters in a straight line, although there is a wall in between). Anyway, for a reliable value-for-money solution, it's just what I need.
It does not have interruptions, it does not require installation, it is easy, the only downside is that when I open the PC it does not read it and I have to take it out and put it back in.
I had bought it somewhere around 20€, supposedly better than another one I had from TP-LINK but it was worse. This one has the following serious problem: either it takes a long time to be read when opening the computer or it doesn't read it at all and you have to disconnect and reconnect it to the port.
Well, it's time for my review of this particular product. It has been purchased for 5 days now and I am amazed.
° Incredibly fast software installation embedded in the USB.
° I think if the antenna was smaller in size, it would be unbelievable. The size is clearly satisfactory.
° It was used for PC gaming, which I took with me during the season, and because the house goes from repeater to repeater and I didn't have access with a cable, I didn't regret it! It does its job perfectly, compared to the to link which had 5 disconnections per day for the 3 months I had it. It's worth every €
For some reason, it takes about 5 minutes to display the 5ghz wifi, while it displays the 2.4ghz directly. If I haven't done anything wrong, I do not recommend it in combination with optical fibers.
The only flawless wifi adapter I have ever used.
Zero disconnections for the past 8 months.
I have not encountered any problem. Plug n play, it does not disconnect, speed that surpasses the internet connection.
First experience very good! Connected easily, excellent signal, no disconnections....Windows 10.
Update: After about 1 week, sometimes, when the computer starts up it doesn't recognize it. Just restart and everything is fine. I don't know if it's due to Windows or the product itself.
I download at 500 KB/s instead of the normal 5 MB/s, it is worse even than TP-Link, not to mention the ping for gaming is terrible
I bought it for my android box, in which I had a similar one that only supported 2.4G. Due to an upgrade in my internet connection, I wanted 5G support on wifi in order to get the most out of the new connection. Unfortunately, it doesn't find any 5G wifi, it only finds the 2.4G ones that I could already connect to with the other device. And that's not all, the performance on 2.4G is much worse than my old Gembird WNP-UA-002. And I'm not talking about range, I'm talking about how many Mbps it can reach on the same wifi. The Gembird loads about 10 Mbps while the Tenda only 1.5 Mbps!!! And all this, I emphasize, with an android box and android version 7.12 - It was not tested on windows because I don't need it.
Very satisfactory antenna. I really didn't expect how stable the connection would be. I changed to this antenna with low expectations because the 3 TP-LINK RE200s that I have had in my hands turned out to be more of a burden than useful. It pleasantly surprised me. I can't believe how stable the new antenna is compared to the TP-LINK garbage. It's a bit pricey, but you buy it once and you're set. Connected to 5G with 2 walls in between and about 5 meters away, it consistently captures the full speed without any disconnections. Very easy installation on Windows 10, as soon as you plug it in, it prompts you to run its setup.exe and within 10 seconds, you have internet.
Between the antenna and the router, there are 3 walls, yet it reaches 85-108mbps at a frequency of 2.4ghz. I have had it for a week and it has not disconnected once.
Flawless product. Easy installation, zero disconnections, excellent reception and speeds, especially on the 5GHz band. What else could one ask for? I bought a second one to try it on a high-performance desktop that constantly has unpredictable restarts, which I suspect are due to a TP LINK wifi adapter.
Connected at 5 GHz on fiber optic (100Mbps) at a distance of 6-7 meters without any intermediate wall, the previous Tp-link had really angered me with its unacceptable drivers, the almost half-hour disconnections, and the fluctuations in speed, which ranged from 35 to 60 Mbps in various speed tests, and upload speeds of about 7 Mbps. With this specific one, which I have been using for 2 weeks in the exact same position, connected at 5GHz, not even ONE disconnection and speeds that remain between 98-100 Mbps and upload of 10 Mbps. I highly recommend it.
Update: 4 months later, in the exact same spot, it continues to work flawlessly without any disconnections. Therefore, for use like mine, it is highly recommended without any hesitation. (Unfortunately, I haven't tested it in another room, with an intermediate wall, etc., so I can't judge.)
Compared to another USB from tp link that I bought before and was garbage (always disconnecting), this one here is much better!
I really have no words.
It is the best product I have purchased.
It does not lag AT ALL and provides 433 Mbps for 5ghz Internet and 200 Mbps for your Internet. I highly recommend it!
Many times it cannot detect any wifi for hours.
I do not recommend it for any reason!
Amazing. Bravo to Tenda

It is not very useful in the end if there are so-called "hidden chambers" inside the walls of a house!

I have had it for about 5 months now, it had an easy installation, no issues with disconnect.

I don't think there is anything better for this price!

The previous usd antenna application needs to be deleted in order to work

Compared to the existing TP-Link, it is considerably inferior.
