The previous two, of different brands, had broken very quickly, so I bought this one based on its rating. Ultimately, the user reviews were correct. Compared to the other two, the battery lasts three times longer and has been functioning without any problems for over a year. The on-off switch is very useful. The three levels it has for the liquid quantity can become four if, for example, you have a very strong and regulated liquid set to the lowest level, quickly passing your hand over the photocell, it dispenses even less quantity. Something that makes it more reliable is that on its base, it is designed with a recess inward, thus avoiding water or moisture coming into contact with the battery cover. I mention this because one of the previous ones I had broke because the metallic parts that make contact with the battery poles rusted due to moisture. It may not be as impressive as the corresponding ones that resemble nickel, but it is truly reliable.

I was expecting the device to be delivered in the morning, but I finally received it about an hour ago, around 4:00 PM I think.
Everything is fine, I didn't have any crazy expectations.
I ordered it solely based on many positive reviews. I relied on them. I hope I won't be disappointed, although an honest reviewer is the best judge of a product.I had another one until the day before yesterday, I had it for 2 years? I think it was less. And at some point, I rinsed it with water and it stopped working.
Did I damage it? I don't know. The thick shampoo for hair that I used on it (why not), and whether it was thick liquid soap that I used, while the motor was grumbling, it didn't produce anything. So, I put it back in its box as I received it, and threw it away! I felt sorry for it, but what can I do?Anyway. Now I put 4 small AAA batteries in it (3 AAA), and I just put on it for the first time a shampoo for babies, the "Johnson's Baby Shampoo" which is not thick, not like water, but somewhat soft, something in between.
I pressed the "ON" button to activate the device, and then I pressed the other one to adjust the dosages.
(Which, however, start in a confusing order)
1) You press the button once, the BLUE light flashes twice. You have selected the Medium dose for hand washing.
2) You press the button again, the BLUE light flashes three times. You have selected the Large dose for hand washing.
3) You press the button again, the BLUE light flashes once. You have selected the Small dose for hand washing.
So, every time the device is activated, the priority sequence goes as "2-3-1" (and not 1-2-3)
So, it is better to have the device activated, even if it uses up the energy from the 4 AAA batteries little by little, than to go through the above process.
And if you also use "Rechargeable batteries, even better".
Regarding the noise;
I consider the noise level to be normal. Now, if you use it at midnight when everyone is sleeping and the house is quiet, and the door of the bathroom or the kitchen is open, it is logical to hear it more (due to the natural common silence).
It's just that the way it makes the noise makes you think that the motor is on its last legs and fading away, and that it will pass away at any moment.
But no. It deceives you. It works perfectly.
I put my hand under it three times, and the Sensor responds perfectly.
At Level 1 (on the 3rd click of the button on the device), the dose it gives you in your hand is satisfactory. There is no need to put it on Level 3.
Now, how long will the device last? I don't know.
I hope it will last for many years."CAUTION"
Based on my experience with the previous Automatic Soap Dispenser, when the liquid runs out internally, it is preferable to turn the device upside down, so that it drains on its own, rather than pouring tap water (with chlorine) into it to rinse the device.
You never know if the sensor will be damaged by the tap water or by the simultaneous movement of the device for rinsing.
I do not recommend it, and do not try it for me personally.
That's it. Finally, I must admit, as everyone says: "You get what you pay for."
It's better to pay 19-20 euros and get something worthwhile, rather than paying 6-10 euros to buy something that most likely will have a short lifespan.Translated from Greek ·Did you find this review helpful?Excellent. I would have liked the dosage to be smaller. The batteries that go underneath have a seal that presumably won't let any water in. It protects it peripherally and time will tell. The container is relatively small, it takes 4 small AAA batteries

Because I had two (replaced them with these) which needed water to be added in order to bring the soap to the user, otherwise they couldn't function, in the meantime they often got clogged and you had to try 2 or 3 times until they brought soap, now with Beper all these are over. It may not have the super fancy design, but being transparent, you can beautify it by using colored antiseptic or soap and give a nice touch to the space.
