    After 2 months of use, I have to say that it is a sturdy stainless steel construction, with a removable base for easy cleaning, and the build quality is very good. A disadvantage, at least with my press, is that the garlic overflows from the top when you press it, there are large gaps, and half of the garlic escapes from the top side. The situation improves somewhat when you press it unpeeled. I was forced to order another one
