Very bad screws for nothing. They require a 14mm hole while the screws are not 8mm. Standard drills do not make a 14mm hole. Unfair inconvenience.
Whoever buys it should also buy 2 good screws from a hardware store.
The rating is like this because of the screws alone and the effort they require for installation.

  It has not been tested over time, but it appears very sturdy. It's great that it includes 2 14mm metal plugs. The metal plugs require experience in installation, if you don't know what you're doing and how to drill properly, they will come out as you screw them in. Plastic plugs can also be used (with corresponding screws of course), but it's best for them to be 14mm as well (the plug, the screw will be smaller than 14mm) because it can handle a lot of weight and you don't want it falling on your head. There are 14mm drills with a 12mm back part so they can fit in all drill chucks.
