  It was purchased this year to replace a SONY MHC-290 that had been with us since 2006, but time took its toll on it. Well, after using it for a month, I can say that it is a value for money purchase, considering that ALL products have gone downhill. It cost €299 including shipping from a store on skroutz, upon ordering. Clear sound on FM as well as from devices connected via Bluetooth, personally I have a TV box connected. The volume scale is different compared to the previous one, but it is in no way inferior. It accepts Optical, aux in, and PC in. The only thing I haven't been able to try yet, even though I live in Attica, is the DAB+ radio, which I have connected to an external antenna. However, I am reserved because I live in a difficult area where, if I hadn't connected the external antenna, I wouldn't be able to pick up even the most popular stations in Attica. I was also surprised that the manual is available in four languages: Dutch, Italian, French, and Danish, but not English (we won't even mention Greek).

  Update: I finally tried the DAB tuner and I picked up the 9 ERT stations, which have truly crystal-clear sound without any interference.

  This review is about a variation of the product

  Bought in May 2019 for 222 euros including shipping from Germany.
  Regarding sound performance:
  Bass: Good and without distortion.
  Treble: Quite good.
  Midrange: Very good, consistently sounding very clear.
  Volume: Quite loud - more than double compared to similar compact ones.
  Compared to some other well-known brands I heard at the same price, there is no comparison. Much superior.
  Easily comparable to a sound system worth 500 euros.

  This review is about a variation of the product

  This particular model is intended for the German market! It has never been imported by the official dealership in Greece! You won't find it on any store shelf! Websites that have it available for order, etc., the most certain thing is that they will hold your money for 1-2 weeks and then tell you our supplier doesn't have it...!! I bought it from a chain of stores in Germany for 269€ and a friend sent it to me with a courier for 30€. The machine is still in short supply even in Germany and is only available in some stores as stock. The machine justifies not only the money but also all the research I did to end up with this stereo and convey all this information to you as a passion... intentionally! 4 stars because in Thessaloniki and not in a difficult area, I thought I would catch Dab+ stations with the existing antenna (I will try it with an antenna on the roof, however, if someone can help, please write below). The machine fully meets my needs for radio and music through Bluetooth and you can easily throw a party... and it has nothing to do with those up to €150. I saw them all in stores, touched them, listened to them! If it had internet radio reception, it would be amazing!!!
