I haven't installed any specific software to measure the performance of the cable, and I don't know if such software exists, but it does its job more than adequately. The clip (90°) is very helpful, especially in my case, where the desktop is old and doesn't have cable management. The 0.3m length was exactly what I needed for the aforementioned reason. The clip securely fastens, giving you a greater sense of security compared to others that simply plug into each other without locking.

In the photo, it appears to have two cables, but it is actually one, connected with a transparent material. The length is okay, but I think 0.5 will be too long.

Update: I had an issue with the cable, I had to remove it and put it back in for the PC to recognize the disk. (After two years of use, it became faulty) I used the second one I had purchased and it is okay. So maybe you should go for another one.
