    Forget about the plastic manual ice crushers with the handle. It was tested as a solution with many reliability and durability issues, along with my patience.

    This one works much more effectively and is definitely much more resistant (cast aluminum with a coating suitable for food contact and made in Germany). It doesn't require much force, and the colder the ice, the easier it will crush. The ready-made ice cubes from the freezer will be even more convenient.

    It breaks into two pieces for easy cleaning and is approximately twice as wide as similar tools that crush garlic.

    It takes one large ice cube or two small ones at a time, and it takes one to two minutes to fill a glass.

    It's perfect for preparing 3-4 cocktails.

    If you have a large group and many drinks, be prepared for some hard work.
