Instructions for Use:

• Use the MySmile teeth whitening kit twice a day.
• Place the tray in your mouth with the teeth whitening (make sure to remove the protective plastic battery cover before first use). 
• Apply one-quarter of a whitening gel syringe to each side of the tray in your mouth. There should be enough to cover the front surface of your teeth without
• touching your gums. 
• Place the tray in your mouth over your teeth and wipe away any gel that comes into contact with your gums. 
• Press the start button to begin the ten-minute countdown. Close your mouth to secure the tray in place. Once the light turns off automatically and you hear the prompt sound, remove the mouth tray.
• Rinse your teeth with warm water, then remove the mouth tray from the whitening lamp and clean it. 
• For fully optimal results, repeat this whitening process for six to twelve consecutive days.
