Pretty good, I started with a struggle doing 1 set of 10 repetitions and now I can do multiple sets of 30 within a day. I recommend putting white plastic or some other tape on the handles so that it doesn't scrape your hands and doesn't slip when they sweat a little.

The handles are quite rough (so it slides quite difficultly), which irritates your palm (if it is soft and velvety like mine), so I have wrapped one handle with tape. After daily use (2+ weeks), it started to find the "fault" between them, resulting in a small noise and increased resistance. However, this can be solved with a little oil on the "fault". Overall, the above "issues" are easily solvable and known to all hand exercisers, which is why it is worth its money and the 5 stars.
