HOW TO CHANGE YOUR WATCH BAND
Step 1

Remove the rod that holds the strap, using the tool above. Use it to push the spring bar through the hole from the side of the protrusion. This way, the spring bar will loosen from the hole and can easily be detached from the other protrusion.
Step 3
Remove the strap and pull the rod that held it in the watch. The same rod will be used to install the new band.
Step 4
To install the watch band, you will need to push the rod through the hole of the watch strap until both ends are secure.
Step 5
Place one end of the strap on one protrusion of the hole and push the other end towards the other protrusion of the hole to connect the strap to the watch.
