In order to connect well with your mobile phone, you need to download the hello haylou app and not the official Xiaomi app. Also, you receive a reminder every 45 minutes to get up because you sit too much, which is very difficult to remove. Additionally, it does not display messages in their entirety. After 2 months, it broke because it got a little wet, even though the description states that it is waterproof!
Very honest for its price. We download the app by scanning the QR code that the watch gives us and connect with an account. Very easy synchronization. The description is very accurate.
Good watch for simple use for children. The downside for me is that every time it runs out of battery, it needs to be reconfigured through a mobile phone (so difficult for the child it was intended for)
I bought this smart watch for my father who uses it for tracking exercise (walking), sleep monitoring, and mainly heart rate. It is comfortable on the wrist, durable, and makes accurate measurements.
The problem is that it constantly disconnects from the application! My father is elderly and cannot synchronize it by himself, so I did it for him every time we were together. Now, the application doesn't work either, it tells me there is an error and that the developer is aware of it. So the watch is not synchronized and does not take measurements. It just shows the time and that one hour behind, due to lack of synchronization.
I gave it 2 stars because when I synchronized it, it did its job well.
I bought it just to track the distance I run! I used it cautiously in the pool due to work and I was amazed! In a chlorinated pool, daily use for 2 months and it didn't suffer any damage, even diving up to 3.5 meters! It is comfortable to use, elegant, and with the appropriate settings, the battery lasts about 25 days! I highly recommend it!
I have it for about two years. Very good watch. Personally, I got it just for the time, so by disabling some settings, the battery lasts for a month and a half. The connection with the mobile phone is very easy
I bought it for its low price and threw it away, a bad product with bad measurements, unreliable..... after a few months it stopped charging, besides the battery barely lasted 2 days..... never again....
I had it for 3 years, overall great value for money, but at some point it simply disconnected from my phone and then it wouldn't connect again. I recommend it!
On the first day of swimming, as soon as I got into the water, it turned off. I immediately got out, it didn't even last 10 seconds in the water, and it never turned on again, so it's a fake, it's not waterproof as it claims, and the battery doesn't last 20 days as it states. In 12 hours, the battery went from full charge to 30%. It's not worth even 1 euro
Quality construction, clear screen, beautiful colors, long battery life, but the sleep and blood pressure measurements are ridiculous...

Update: After 6 months of use, the following conclusions have been drawn:
1. The pedometer is quite inaccurate.
2. With the simple watch function (without connecting to the phone, etc.), the week is displayed VERY CLEARLY
On the second day of use, the button simply broke, resulting in it not opening. I went and replaced it with the warranty
Easy synchronization, flawless app notifications, flawless media player handling, okay pulse, step, and calorie measurement. It would be perfect if it also had blood oxygen measurement. Very lightweight, easy to use, generally a good value for 22€. If you want something cheap for basic use, don't hesitate. However, if you want more than the basics, I do not recommend it. Nevertheless, it is worth the money.
So I have bought the product a long time ago and I want to say something, its charger is small so I can't find it easily because the battery lasts a long time (this is very good) but I forget its charger constantly at home, resulting in the watch being left uncharged and for this reason I gave it 1 star, sorry but it's not to my liking.
α} Initially, I was thrilled with all its features, especially the battery that lasts for over a month. However, after 10-15 days, it started disconnecting from my phone every now and then, and after 2 months, I stopped receiving notifications for calls, Viber, SMS, etc. Now, after 6 months, I only use it for telling time and measurements. For its price, it is PERFECT. I don't have much experience with smart watches and I wanted an elegant, durable watch to wear at work and at the gym. I bought it because of the price and positive reviews, without being discouraged by some negative ones I read. After 4 months of use, it has left me with excellent impressions. With daily use, it takes 2-3 weeks to discharge!! So much so that you forget where you put the charger!!! Waterproof in the sea, pool, and shower! Accurate measurements and relatively simple and beautiful. What else can one ask for with 36 euros that you buy it for?
After several months of use, and solely for the purpose of checking the time in digital format, not even for measurements, etc., it stopped working. It doesn't turn on or charge at all. We bought three devices, and two of them experienced exactly the same issue.
I believe that for the money someone gives, it is worth it and covers the necessary needs and more. Of course, opinions vary.
I bought a Haylou LS02 for my 10-year-old son to replace a Mi Band 5 whose screen came off (!!) out of warranty.
The first one fell from the 4th floor onto concrete and although the glass broke, the watch continued to function. The second one fell from the couch onto tiles (15 cm height) and the "ear" that holds the strap broke, rendering it useless.
Apart from that, it was regularly used in the sea with a lot of swimming and never had any issues - although we rinsed it with fresh water afterwards to remove the salt. It synchronized easily and quickly with my phone. The app is very basic but user-friendly. The measurements (compared to my Huawei Watch GT) were accurate, with slight differences but within reasonable limits.
The watch overall seems to have a sturdy construction - considering it's a smartwatch under €30. It may not have GPS or the ability to set alarms through the menu, but for its price, it has enough functions. The battery lasted about a week if I remember correctly, with moderate use, and the screen was quite clear.
It is a decent option and looks nice, fits well on the wrist, but I don't think I would choose it again since it either has bad luck or it's not as suitable for a child as, for example, a Mi Band that lasted for years!
IT IS NOT WATERPROOF. I forgot one day to take it off in the sea and that was it. I didn't swim, my wrists had already entered the water and immediately remembered the watch but it had already broken. Also, many times it lost contact with the phone, I had to close the application, download it again and start from scratch. But for its price, okay.... I eventually gave a little more and got a better one.
Beautiful, quality construction, not always accurate in measurements, but the most important thing to note is that despite saying 48mm, it is very small, like a 40mm watch.
I have it for almost a year and now I bought a second one as a gift. I think it is really a value for money purchase if what you are looking for is a simple, reliable watch with five basic functions and as many that you will never use, which if it falls and breaks you won't be too upset... You will just buy another one.
After three months of use, it started to restart continuously out of nowhere. Eventually, I noticed a break at the back without ever having dropped it. Also, it is not accurate in its measurements and, in any case, it only does the very basic functions.
After one year of use: This is a basic electronic watch, but it is definitely not a smartwatch. It notifies with vibration for messages and notifications on the phone, and a part of the message appears on the screen.
I bought it for my child (in elementary school) and it is ideal for children and students who have restrictions from school. This particular watch is allowed in school as it does not have a camera and microphone. The child is excited about it and has been using it for a year without any problems.
It has a touch screen to navigate the simple menu. The screen is satisfactorily clear. After a year of wearing it, it has scratched a bit. The ring that holds the strap has also broken.
The app connects easily to the phone and syncs, allowing for time adjustment and data synchronization. The app is user-friendly and you can also see the history of measurements (steps, heart rate, sleep, calories).
The battery lasts for 6-7 days when connected to the phone via Bluetooth, otherwise longer.
As for waterproofing, it has only been tested in hand washing under the faucet and not in the bath.
Hello and from me, okay for 18 € that I bought it for my child, I didn't expect anything great. The bad thing is that after 1 month of use, it stopped charging and in the end, there is no service, no dealership, nothing... These are so that others don't fall for it. The only negative thing I found is the application and synchronization sometimes.
Otherwise, for 18 euros, it's very good.
To begin with, let's mention that it has some serious disadvantages:
a) It does not accept any other watchfaces apart from the 5 that are pre-installed, there is no option for custom ones.
b) It only syncs with its own application (Haylou Fun) and not with others like Hello Haylou. The Haylou Fun app is terrible and personally, I am not thrilled about an application from a random Chinese manufacturer asking for so many permissions.
c) The find my phone function does not work.
d) It loses a bit in the step counter (upwards).
e) Notifications in Greek appear with a strange font and it is difficult to read them.
f) The screen stands out quite a bit from the dark bezel, resulting in a lack of quality. The photos show it better than it actually is.
As for the positives:
a) It seems sturdy.
b) Wrist lift reliably opens the screen.
c) The magnet for the charging cable is quite strong.
Overall, it is intended for someone who wants slightly more than what a simple backlight watch would offer. It is not for anything more.

Gift to my daughter which she didn't even use. I bought it a month ago.. A rug and a half.... It constantly needs synchronization....... And it becomes annoying.... I have completely abandoned it.
I have had this watch for over a year and it is simply bad.
It only connects to your phone with a specific app, which is also very bad. It always needs to run in the background and you have to remove it from battery optimization (if you have it) because every time your phone screen turns off, you will lose the connection. When the app crashes (which it will), it may reboot and ask for all permissions from the beginning.
Sometimes it simply loses connection with the watch and when it reconnects, it loses the steps you have taken, your settings, etc.
The incoming call notification has frozen several times and even when I answer the phone, the watch continues to vibrate.
The heart rate sensor is simply inaccurate. If you want to wear it during your workout to monitor your heart rate, it does not work.
The only functions that work properly are the stopwatch and the pedometer. It falls short or makes mistakes in everything else (it displays the correct time only when it is not disconnected, as it tends to restart on its own, resulting in the wrong time).
The only positive aspects it has are that overall the build quality is good and that it is indeed waterproof.
I initially bought it to see who is calling me on the phone when I am on my motorcycle. However, due to the aforementioned issues, it did not serve me at all. That's why I give it 2 stars.
Very good watch for the use I want it and for its price. The negatives are definitely the not so long battery life and the few backgrounds to choose from, I would like more.
