  In less than a month, the butterfly, the rubber component that holds the device in place, initially broke. If this had happened while in motion, secured to a bike, car, etc., I wouldn't have a device now. Today, after about a month of regular use of the stick, without particularly demanding angles, but daily use for lessons, etc., the "pole" broke at the point shown in the photos.

  I don't know if there was a material failure in this specific piece, but it is a big disappointment.

  Functionally, it was the best solution I had found.

  However, it broke immediately.
