I got it at half price and it really is worth it, it has been very convenient for me throughout the day. I usually keep it in a fixed spot, plugged in, but I often move it to the balcony or on trips, etc. One can think of many uses, it can be like a decorative candle on a shelf on the wall, or you can sync it with music, movies, and games behind the PC. Just have some imagination and enthusiasm!
In the end, I got a second one. At the original price of 80 euros, it is indeed expensive, but you won't regret it.
I made this purchase to connect it to the Google Home setup I have at home, but from what I understood, it is Bluetooth and not Wi-Fi, resulting in it not being able to connect without the Philips hub. Unfortunately, it was a bad purchase
Very high quality, impeccable construction and the best for your lighting. Wireless and controlled via mobile. The only drawback is that after a while its battery weakens and does not last even 2 hours. I usually have it permanently connected to electricity. I don't know if there is a possibility to change the battery. Also, its price is very high due to the brand, but if you don't care about that, it is truly worth it. The alternative is Wiz (Philips) bulbs, which are also very good.
Very flexible, as you can take it anywhere, wirelessly and control it via Bluetooth. 80 euros though?
I bought it for 55 euros, it was a bargain. I believe that it is worth it up to this price. Wait for its price to drop and get it without hesitation, one of its many options will satisfy you
It is a very good lamp but its price is too high. I have bought the Wiz lamps which are also Philips and they do their job just fine. If you don't care about how much you will spend, of course, buy it. The button it has at the back is not convenient at all. We constantly use it from our mobile phone. Usually, we have it as background lighting.
Very good product, but I consider its price extremely high, obviously you pay 80% for the name.
The design of this product is excellent and minimal, and the quality of the plastic makes it look like a glass decoration. The light quality is also exceptional, even in battery mode.
Although I find the quality of the lamp excellent, with many lighting options for whatever you are looking for, I give it only 4 stars because I find it a bit expensive. One big positive is that it operates autonomously, without a plug, which personally suits me as I can move it wherever needed. It is ideal for any occasion. You can control it both with the button on the back and through the application, which is perfect for anyone who wants to set automatic functions, such as waking up/turning off after a certain hour at night, etc.
+Infinite lighting options!
+Excellent for creating atmosphere but also for reading with read mode.
+Very good and simple app (if you don't have the hue bridge, you only need the Philips Bluetooth app and nothing else).
+It works without the app, but it doesn't give you the same number of options (modes).
-Expensive at 79.90. I think it's worth around 50 euros. I could have bought 2 instead of 1 like this (while now you're considering spending 160 euros for 2).
Edit: The battery lasts about 4 hours and it takes 2 to charge. The charger is included.
