I bought it for the first time on vacation when I got sunburned on my back, shoulders, and chest. It did what it promised, the redness subsided faster than if I had used a regular moisturizer. However, it is quite thick (not runny) and has a strong scent. It didn't bother me, but it might bother someone else. Now I will buy it for the second time.
It may seem paradoxical, but this cream gave me exactly the opposite of what it promises... Redness and irritation on the neck and chest area. I needed to apply another cream to soothe the irritation. It might work for others, but definitely not for everyone.
