  Very good choice, easy menu. I have a general app for such devices (hombli) and it found it immediately. When it is on, it has a light that I assume is there for safety to let you know when it is activated even when there is no device plugged in. Personally, the light doesn't bother me even while sleeping. It also has a button to turn it on/off on the spot without the app. It is definitely worth the money.

  Very good and cheap socket. Discreet in size, it doesn't even show. Easy connection and nice consumption history.
  Something that is not mentioned much and bothered me is that when the socket is "on", it has a permanent red LED light, to show that it is working.
  For me, this is discouraging because I wanted to put them in air conditioners that have the socket high on the wall and in a nightstand next to the bed. As a result, I had permanently lit red LEDs in very visible places on the walls from the air conditioners, and in the bedroom where I want complete darkness at night, the LED was like a flashlight.
  It does its job but it is not discreet at all despite its size. In the photo, the LED is more intense than in reality, but still a terrible lack of being able to deactivate the LED.

  Third smart plug I try.
  I have the cheapest Sonoff S26 without a meter for about 4-5 years.
  A BlitzWolf SHP2, which is the same as the Gosund SP1, for about 3-4 years.
  I was impressed with how small they have made them.
  Since it is Tuya, it can be used either with the Smart Life app or with the Gosund app.
  Personally, because I had already installed Smart Life during the BlitzWolf era and I was satisfied, I stick with it.
  Pairing is very easy, just follow the illustrated instructions of Smart Life.
  The plug seems to be of good quality. I have installed it before an 18,000 BTU air conditioner as a consumption meter, so it will have a hard time.
  It says it can handle up to 3450 watts, so it should not have any issues.
  Now for the negatives, even though it connects properly and I don't have any DC issues, it shows weak signal at 4 meters from the router. That's why I give it one star.
  The consumption measurements with Smart Life seem fine in real time.
  When everything is turned off, it shows around 10 watts, which is the standby power of the air conditioner. When it is on full power, it can show 1200-1300 watts, and when it maintains a lower temperature, it can show less than 300-600 watts.
  It provides daily and monthly graphs, all accurate, just like the BlitzWolf SHP2.
  When the heating season is over, I will remove it from the AC to measure other consumptions.
  If I have range issues then, I will give it a second star.

  I bought this specific socket for power consumption below 500 watts and it was the first smart one I bought. I was disappointed with the disconnections with my router, which were annoying and made the product useless. Within 48 hours, it is certain that it will disconnect and not reconnect unless you unplug it and plug it back in. I bought the TP-LINK one instead and I was saved. It was also slightly more affordable than this one... No disconnections with TP-LINK!!!!

  The issue I have noticed is with the application. After 1 - 2 updates of the app, I have an annoying problem. When I go into programming for on & off, all commands need to be done twice. Meaning, I set it to turn on at a specific time and day and I press save, it goes back to the table with the programs I have already given and it is not included. The second time I set it, it appears.
  The same thing happens when (again in programming) I activate a program that I had turned off. I have to press ON twice.
  I use it to warm up my coffee maker.

  Update: 16/03/22 just received an update and the bug has been fixed.

  I suspect poor WiFi reception. In areas where a TP-LINK HS100 smart plug "sees" WiFi, the Gosund does not find a network and remains offline. It seems to struggle with walls. In the network diagnostics, it showed a weak 2.4 GHz WiFi signal 3-4 meters away from the router. On the plus side, its small size doesn't take up space on the power strip and doesn't interfere with the wall outlets.

  I have TP-LINK and Coolseer smart plugs and cameras from Tapo, XIAOMI, and others. No device disconnects from the Xiaomi AX3200 router except for the Gosund SP111, which shows a weak signal just a few meters away and doesn't even connect in another room. So, I repeat, it has poor WiFi reception.

  It worked well until I decided to measure another device. So, I reset the meter and tried factory reset & hard reset several times, but it didn't reset all the kWh, it kept 5 kWh. Okay, let's overlook that. I put the device to work and it showed the current measurement, but when it went on standby, the device continued to show consumption without anything being connected, that is, through the gosund application. What can I say, maybe I got a defective product. On the positive side, it has a very small discreet size. I also downloaded the blitzwolf application called setara, and now it shows me live measurement, but it didn't reset the total measurement.
