Acrylic, fine-grained, white cement mortar, enriched with water-repellent resins. When mixed with water, it forms a creamy paste, which, when applied with a metal spatula or spraying machine, results in the creation of a perfectly smooth and durable surface, free of imperfections (bubbles, streaks).
It dries quickly, does not crack, and does not clump. It spreads smoothly, sands easily, and has high coverage. It is applied as a finishing layer in thin coats on surfaces of marble plaster, drywall, or smooth concrete that are to be covered with paint or wallpaper. It is classified in the categories GP: CSII/W0 according to EN 998-1.
Specifications are collected from official manufacturer websites. Please verify the specifications before proceeding with your final purchase. If you notice any problem you can report it here.
Perhaps the best material for smoothing surfaces made of plaster, gypsum board, concrete, etc.
By following the instructions, the smooth paste that will result is ready to use for excellent results.
Be careful when pouring it as powder from the bag into the bucket with the required water, as if a large quantity falls abruptly, it will not mix properly and will create lumps that will make the smoothing difficult.
It is advisable not to use excessive force when collecting the material with the metal spatulas, as it has the tendency to (polish), meaning it creates a glossy finish that is not evenly rubbed and causes visible imperfections.
Also, if the paste tightens over time, do not add water again. A simple and slow stirring with the mixing tool will bring it back to a workable level.
Finally, it is easily sanded with fine sandpaper starting from grit 220 and ending up to 150.
One of the best sandpapers I have used, it rubs easily and gives a perfect surface.
