Temporarily, the tears are treated with Super Glue and bandaging with insulating tape, but new ones keep opening constantly.
2. Its length is only theoretically 20 meters. In reality, the opening of the spiral (due to its stiff material) gives a usable length of about 10 meters (that is, half).

Conclusion: Practical yes, due to the spiral and the small space it occupies, but its material is of very mediocre quality and the product has rather limited lifespan.

The plugs on the edges are of very poor quality, they break easily and whatever you have attached to them falls off. Otherwise, it is a spiral rubber, okay

I ordered three hoses, so the comment applies to all three, as none of them performed well:
1. The connector to the faucet disconnects every time you turn on the faucet abruptly or every time you water with high water pressure and close the nozzle. You need to get a better connector.
2. The connector of the nozzle disconnects every time you dare to make the mistake of touching the connector while watering. If you only hold the nozzle, you might be safe (if the first issue doesn't happen). So you need to buy a second connector and maybe even a nozzle.
3. The hose is not 20 meters. And if you try to see if it reaches 20 meters, it will never return to its small size.

Very poor quality! Very hard rubber. Today I received it, I put it on and where it connects to the faucet, when I turn on the water, it leaks from the connection, causing water to spill out. I went to change it and the leg that goes inside the rubber broke, so I had to cut the rubber to put another one from a different hose that I had, which was very difficult to insert because the rubber is very hard. Then the nozzle started coming off from the front, so I used another nozzle from a store that I had bought and used it for 10 minutes to do my job. I had bought another one from a different company that gave me a problem in a year and a half and I had bought it at the same price, so I would not recommend this at all to anyone! Very bad product!

At first glance, it doesn't seem like it's for 20 meters. However, the two times I used it for car washing, it works well.
