Salt flakes from Xiros company in 250 grams packaging. It is a completely natural material, as it undergoes no processing, such as washing or the addition of iodine or other substances that would improve its flow or color. It is carefully collected by hand from the top of salt pans and is standardized in small quantities in various parts of the world, with the most famous being Greece (e.g. Mesolongi lagoon), France, Portugal, etc. It also leaves a strong salty aftertaste, like an explosion of iodine in the mouth! However, it dissolves more easily than regular salt, so it is better to add it a little before or at the end of cooking.
