Unfortunately, we came across a faulty product. The vacuum cleaner did not work properly from the very beginning. It would turn off for no reason (as if the overheating protection was being activated), it couldn't maintain a steady intensity, and it would turn off when adjusted to the low setting. It didn't even work for 20 minutes, so we had to return it for a replacement. I hope the new one lives up to its reputation because the reviews show it to be a good product (we must have fallen victim to a quality control error! What can I say...).

After 10 months of use, I am coming back:
No difference in performance, last month we gathered the mess for storage and the vacuum cleaner made cleaning a breeze.
As quiet as in the beginning, you can't hear it!
I really like it because it has 4 wheels, so it avoids all the furniture when moving around the space.
