    There was the Grangers Footwear Repel which was good.
    The company discontinued it and released the "improved" Grangers Footwear Repel PLUS.
    The product is UNACCEPTABLE, it does not penetrate smooth leather.

    Somewhere in the instructions it says that the shoes need a "pre-wash before application".....!!!!! (hahahaha!!!!)
    These sprays were made for faster use than painting..
    If every time after work I have to:
    - wash the boots
    - let them dry
    - apply the product
    it will take me two days!!!!!
    So, the next morning I won't have anything to wear..
    I prefer to sit and paint them.

    P.S. Give something extra and choose the Collonil Carbon Protecting which is made with carbon microfibers, it absorbs well into the leather and creates a film with just one application.
