It is wonderful when it goes into the fridge!
It really soothes the eyes.
I don't know how it works for everyone though!?
It definitely requires attention because all of our eyes are sensitive. I would recommend gentle tests!

A) It is good to be in the fridge. B) If you have tired or swollen eyes, it is like a balm. It only needs a small amount and a short period with closed eyes (about 1 minute) to restore the "puffy" eyes to normal. I will buy it again. The 15 ml "lasts" for a long time.

This product does not work for dark circles, I used it leaving it on all night and when I woke up, my circles got worse. The only thing it helped with was that I couldn't sleep all night and it woke me up first thing

It is good to place it in the refrigerator and when you apply it to the eye, in a few seconds you feel a very relaxing sensation of freshness. Very relieving!
