The stove as a construction is very good. It heats up quickly even on the one plate that I use, much better feeling of warmth compared to the air conditioner I used before.
Now, in terms of smell, yes, it does smell, but it is something you get used to, and I believe it has to do with the gas and not the stove. As for consumption, I don't have an opinion yet as I have only had it for a few days.

I come back almost two months later and I have to say that: it provides very good heat, it DOES NOT SMELL STRONGLY as I said before, but unfortunately, I had a small leak due to the regulator's gasket (it was not the stove's fault) and that's why there was a smell. Now, the smell is minimal and you only notice a difference if you change rooms. So, I have to say that whenever you CHANGE THE BOTTLE, check for leaks with soapy water (and not with a lighter!). With usage on one level and almost 6 hours of use per day, the bottle lasts about two weeks

What title should I give? Hmmm, I need to do a ritual to make it light up! That would be the title. There are days when we can't manage to light it up, I guess we're doing something wrong? I don't think so, there are very few cases where it lights up right away. It's as if the spark plug isn't working. It's quite annoying, and besides that, by the time you manage to light it up, the room has definitely smelled like gas. Let's say that at some point it starts with the first try... And still, the room will smell. Don't think it won't smell. Apart from that... It does heat up, I can't say it does a good job. With one bottle, we get 10-20 days depending on the cold, so I'm satisfied with its performance. If it wasn't for the issue that we can't easily and quickly put it in front, I would say it's a good purchase. Because I only saw good comments, it means that something is not right with mine.

30.01 It doesn't light up anymore, they told me from the company to remove the bottle, open it for a while, and then try again. We failed... useless.

27.03 Let's talk about it... Any bottle from Shell, the Coral gas Prime. The Prime doesn't smell almost at all! Along with the bottle, you should also get the pressure gauge, they will give it to you at Shell. To light up this damn stove, we got a lighter from the big ones that has a tube in front like a straw, and we use that to light up the stove because with its own spark it's useless.

  We bought it on 14/12/2023 from a local store. They also provided us with a bottle of coral gas with its own valve, which cost us an extra 15 euros. It also has a gas consumption meter so you can see when the bottle is running out!
  The stove is excellent! It lights up with the first press, heats up quickly, and doesn't smell.
  (It smells a bit when you light it, which I consider normal for all gas stoves, but if you light it near an open window or door and leave it for 4-5 minutes, then it doesn't smell at all). Despite our initial doubts about the purchase and whether it's worth the money, it definitely is. I would highly recommend it!

  The stove heats up quite well on the second and third setting, while on the first it simply maintains the temperature in a 40 sqm living room. It has a strong smell, which you only notice when you leave the room and come back in! When you're inside, you don't notice the smell! Sometimes it turns off by itself and it's a thermostat issue! It's necessary to buy a new one! There's nothing else like a radiator, as an extra heating method it's quite good, I don't know how it compares cost-wise to an AC but I think it's a cheaper way of heating!

  I bought the CORAL GAS (PRIME) bottle in February 23rd, following some users' recommendations, in order to avoid any odors, which I have successfully managed to do in a significant percentage. I read that it eliminates odors, and so far I haven't had any problems or odors. However, I had to change the regulator (purchased from a SHELL gas station) at a cost of 13 euros. The bottle cost 24 euros as a returnable item, and you should calculate double the price for the initial purchase. In a large space, with the gas lit for 10 hours, maybe even more, it lasts for a week (on the first setting), and I would say it maintains a decent temperature (you don't get cold). At least it breaks the cold, I would say, and on some really cold days, you don't have a problem because compared to the radiator, which you have to turn on for 4 hours and you only get 60 degrees, you don't really warm up. It is an expensive purchase, I would say, but ultimately I am satisfied because in the room (living room) where the whole family gathers for meals and television, there is warmth. The product, apart from the price, which is quite high, is honest in terms of performance.

  I have a stove that is exactly the same (see photos) but of a different brand. Obviously, it comes from the same factory and then each brand puts its own label on it. To help some people, I have to say the following:

  With the classic 10-kilogram bottle, the old one smelled quite a bit. After doing some online research and reading comments, I switched to the prime bottle from Coral Gas. The difference in smell is huge, it smells a little but it's nothing like the regular old bottles, and the cost difference from the classic bottle is 1-2 euros depending on where you buy it from. In my opinion, you should go straight for the prime bottle with your eyes closed. But be careful, it only takes its own pressure regulator that attaches to the top (costs 15 euros and doesn't require a key).

  For those who say that it's difficult to light or that it shuts off on its own, I realized that it's all about the connections and the correct pressure regulator.

  When I switched to the new regulator and prime bottle, I had the same problem while it was working fine with the old bottle. Specifically, after about 2 hours of operation, it would shut off by itself. What it would do before shutting off was that while it was working fine and the pilot light was lit like a candle with the flame near the pilot's nozzle, suddenly it seemed to give off more pressure and the pilot's flame would rise very high and not connect with the pilot's nozzle. After a few seconds, it would shut off and wouldn't light up again. When I tried to light it up, the pilot's flame wasn't like a candle but rather high and far from the nozzle, so when you released the ignition button that gives off gas, the stove would shut off.

  I discovered that on the top of this specific pressure regulator, there is a wheel that manually adjusts the pressure (it's not the classic Coral one with the gas remaining indicator, it looks more like the regulator for Coral Gas Go, I have attached a photo). So, when the stove shut off, I would light it up again while keeping the gas ignition button pressed and I would experiment with the wheel on the regulator. By unscrewing the wheel, the pressure gradually decreases and the pilot's flame returns to its correct position. This solved the problem regarding it not opening or shutting off on its own. I should mention that when they brought me the regulator, the wheel was set to the maximum pressure. By unscrewing it and reducing the pressure a bit, the problem was fixed.

  Regarding the spark plug, I haven't encountered any problems.

  I deducted one star because of the price, as a previous user mentioned, 100 euros is too much. I bought it from the marketplace, almost brand new, for 40 euros.

  Compared to other similar heating methods such as heaters, electric bodies, or AC units that I have tried, I find it to be a much better and more economical heating solution. I have it in a 56-square-meter house

  I found my warmth quite lovely.... far away from DEI (Greek electricity company)... it lights up instantly with a touch.... I use Coral gas and it is flawless, it hasn't smelled at all, not even from the first use... no comparison to air conditioning, the stove is much superior...   Very good performance although expensive, it works fine, the bottle is Coral gas, it doesn't smell much, the connectivity plays a role and it heats up quickly.   Very good solution for economical heating. It quickly and effectively heats a 35sqm space with poor insulation, and if placed in the right spot inside the room, it can transfer some of the heat to the adjacent area. It consumes one 10kg gas cylinder every 7 days with approximately 6 hours of operation per day on the third setting. As for the smell, if you use a propane cylinder, it doesn't smell at all, neither during ignition nor during operation, and it costs the same as a regular gas cylinder. The build quality is good to moderate, but it is durable. It is recommended to change the rubber supply hose once a year for safety reasons, as the manufacturer suggests. Also, always tighten the connection well when installing a new cylinder and check for leaks with soapy water. I give it 4 stars because despite the relatively moderate build quality, it is a very good value for money.

  Well, after 1 year of use, I now have an opinion and it's time for the Cretan review.
  First of all, regarding the eternal question of whether it smells, the answer is no, it doesn't smell because the bottle used plays a bigger role in this. I got it with the simple classic blue bottle of the thermogas, and it smelled a little to the point where it wanted you to open the door a bit. Now, with the prime bottle from Coral, we don't even need to open it.
  In terms of consumption, with 2 hours of daily use, it lasts almost 3 weeks. But if it's the only heating method and it's constantly on, then it's one bottle per week.
  Let's talk about the construction. I read many reviews saying that it feels like it's going to fall apart, but no, that's not true. I shake it every time I turn it on and it stays stable on a carpet or goes down smoothly when turned off. The lighter, on the other hand, is a big hassle that many people could have avoided if they had read the stove's instructions. RTFM, as they say in my village. Even if the stove is tipped over or moved abruptly, it cuts off the gas supply to the panels. But besides that, even the bottles themselves don't open anymore if the liquid inside is not calm.
  I bought it during the snowfall of 2021, yes, on the day it was snowing, we rushed to buy it as a safety measure in case of a power outage, and it cost us €100 for the stove, the bottle, and the bottle key. And it was worth every penny. If I could change something about the whole purchase, I would have chosen the prime bottle from the first day.
  From my perspective, it was a good purchase with proper energy saving in smart use and very good performance when needed. Considering the price range, there aren't many alternatives

  After a little adventure because it arrived with a broken tile (the service was communicative and fast), I put it into use.

  The stove smells. A LOT. To the point that if you don't have a window open enough (not just a crack), you can't breathe. Therefore, it doesn't matter if it heats or not - because by having a half-open window, the whole point is lost.

  The room is just as cold as before, you only get a little warm while sitting in front of it, and you have spent a bunch of money.

Beautiful construction, although when I bought it, it arrived with a dent on the front. Nevertheless, it works well so I didn't return it.   I have it in a 3x5 room. The stove is worth the money. It doesn't smell. When I light it, I use a lighter gun ** because if it smells, it will only be in the area where a lot of gas is released and then the smell lingers for hours. Yes, I recommend it for a small room.   I bought it according to the reviews I read that it doesn't smell. Personally, I have the gogas bottle and the gogas adapter-regulator (I mention this because it plays a role).   I bought this specific stove due to the good reviews that accompany it. Well, the space is a large two-bedroom apartment of about 60 square meters, with good insulation, aluminum windows, double glazing, etc. I place it in the living room where we spend most of our time, and in a couple of hours, many times, I am comfortable wearing just a T-shirt, with a temperature of about 22 degrees (!) without exaggeration. In the bedroom, it doesn't get as warm, but it's still not cold.

  I also use a dehumidifier because it helps, as the gas stove increases the humidity of the house. In combination with these two, I am satisfied.

  As for the smell, it doesn't smell particularly, I would say almost not at all. If it operates for about five hours and you go outside the house and come back in, you can notice it. It smelled a little bit in the last two days when the bottle was running out.

  Regarding consumption, I have to say that it is economical. I read in a comment that it operates for about 100+ hours on the first setting, and I can confirm that. It lasted me a bottle for about 23 days on the first setting, with about five hours of use per day (on average), of course, I also tested it on the other settings to see its behavior.

  One small negative is that it doesn't light up immediately, it takes several presses of the button to ignite. I consider this a negative because if someone wants to turn it on and someone is sleeping, it will wake them up. That's the only thing I didn't like.

  For me, it is a good purchase and I will continue using the gas stove, even though I have a radiator! I would recommend not buying it for people who have issues with smells and generally have a sensitive nose.
