Medium-sized Chios mastic tears, which are the natural resin of the pistacia lentiscus tree, found only on the island of Chios. It has antimicrobial, anti-inflammatory, and healing properties with beneficial effects on oral hygiene, gastrointestinal function, and skin care.  

It is used in pharmaceuticals, the perfume and cosmetics industry, distilling, cooking, and confectionery.
