I was worried that the base wouldn't be heavy enough but fortunately it is very stable. The bad thing is that it doesn't come with instructions (-1 star) for the assembly but at least it is easy to figure it out on your own. The clamps seem to be holding very well. Very VFM

If you want something affordable that does its job correctly, for amateur or semi-professional use, even if its adjustment is a bit "tricky" (but it is fully adjustable both the clamps and the magnifying lens), let's take a look at it. If it also had a light included to see better, I would give it 5 stars.
