  Well, for an indoor clothes rack it is very good, with only one disadvantage. The folding parts are not stable. That is, if you put something heavy, by heavy I mean a hoodie or a face towel on top, after a while they will start to close/fall. This happens because they are held by only one screw, so it functions like a rotating axis. If it had a mechanism to lock them, it would be ok! (personally, I am thinking of adding another screw on each side to stabilize them, but this way it might break the plastic plus it will be permanently open afterwards). Now, taking it out on a balcony just with tying it, again if the wind is strong I do not trust it. Of course, I have never taken it outside, I have it as a backup in the dryer... Finally, I do not know if the plastic parts will withstand the sun or if they will break after some time!
