I never thought I would pay 55 euros for a NEW printer that cannot handle its job. Shame on HP, but shame on whoever sells it too... A mockery in the face...

It is by far the worst device I have ever purchased. Terrible in every way. The "support" from HP is a joke. Also, for those of you waiting for 6 months of free ink, good luck with that, as you will make so many attempts to log in to the site that at some point you will just give up.

It has a big issue with scanning, it takes a very long time to scan a document even though I have a wired connection and not wireless to the machine, and to access the scanner you must first connect with an account that you have installed. I didn't expect this because the previous HP multifunction device I had for 10 years was very simple and the scanning finished quickly. Now it takes about 4-5 minutes for the scanner to scan one page.

After a long time of use, it disappointed me. It is excellent if you manage to get it to print. The printer is constantly offline with various errors. It might be Windows 10's fault, but for a 2-minute print, you end up spending about an hour.

Edit: 12/04/22 The problem still persists, you can't print even with bullets. All you see are invalid error messages. Stay away...

31/07/23 You simply can't print. I have the printer and it takes me less time to go to a bookstore outside to print than to try with this one.

First the negatives: It only prints after restarting the printer (or turning it on after I press to print a document and then). I saw in the comments that someone else has this problem too. It gave me trouble during installation for various reasons (probably incompatibilities with the other system settings). In the end, it worked though.

On the positives: It allows you to print with plain black ink only (black ink only, unlike the grayscale of other printers which for some reason uses a bit of color ink to print... black text). I haven't even put the color ink in and it works without any issues.

It is very lightweight, so much that you don't expect it (compared to what I had in the past). The plastics feel cheap but I haven't had any problems.

I also bought black ink in a 100ml bottle from skroutz (about 10 euros) for refilling with a syringe (there are many videos on YouTube). This way, the cost drops to one-tenth (10% compared to the originals).

It's worth the money and then some. I had difficulty setting up the wireless connection but eventually managed it. I recommend it for everyday use!

For the money it costs, as well as for the price of its consumables, it is just right for a home printer. At first, there was some difficulty connecting it to the computer via WiFi, but it was resolved quite easily.

I had difficulty with the installation. Wireless printing requires fast internet; otherwise, it takes a long time to print. The HP app is very useful.
Overall, it is a vfm choice.

Although it does not have a cable to connect to a computer, its connection via Wi-Fi and Bluetooth is immediate, both on computers and on mobile devices. I bought it because I wanted it to be only black and white and to save on ink; anyway, I am not very interested in color printing. However, I was surprised; it has the basic black and a cartridge that is for all colors. The good thing is that it prints even if you don't put the color cartridge in. I also saw that even though it is one for all colors, the purchase price of the replacement is very low. In conclusion, I bypass the main disadvantage of printers, the inks, and it comes out a winner
