  We have had it for 2 months. We had no previous experience with robot vacuums. We are satisfied with both the sweeping and mopping. I pour any disinfectant liquid with the fluidity of water (not thick). Then I remove the cloth, wash it with chlorine, and let it dry for the next use. It loses one star because it does not have a spare main brush and only two filters (not HEPA), which I will probably find difficult to obtain (I don't know yet). Also, the dustbin fills up immediately, so it needs cleaning after each session. It has 1 dustbin for sweeping, 1 dustbin for mopping, and 1 dustbin for sweeping-mopping. The last dustbin is suitable for a maximum of 65-70 square meters, then the liquid runs out. Generally, the device is suitable for a maximum of 80 square meters before it needs to recharge. After that, it continues from where it left off. Your sofas and furniture should be at least 11 centimeters high for it to go underneath. It handles carpets comfortably, but be careful if they have tassels as it collects them and gets stuck. The same happens with cables, especially thin ones like chargers. However, it handles lint perfectly, but the dustbin fills up immediately.
  Even with daily use, you will be surprised by what it collects every time, and you will say, "How is that possible?!" We are satisfied, and we haven't used a conventional vacuum or mop in the house since the day it started operating, but it probably needs cleaning once a month or every two months in areas it cannot reach, and of course, dusting the furniture, which it does not do.
  If I were to buy another one, I would choose the model with the self-emptying dustbin.
  Regarding mapping, it is excellent, but it lost internet connection twice and the map froze. It did not require remapping. When I saw the error message it sent me, I pressed for it to return to the base, and it did everything it needed to correctly reload the map on its own. So, I sent it back for cleaning. You can divide the space as you wish, especially convenient in large open spaces where you may not want it to go everywhere, but only in high-traffic areas. For example, our living room is one space with the dining area, a total of 60 square meters. I divided it into 4 sections (1 entrance, 2 living room with fireplace, 3 sitting area, 4 dining area). You can also restrict areas within the same space. These are tricks of the Xiaomi application. The application is from Xiaomi.

  Update 2.5 years later: The vacuum cleaner loses its way regularly after the first year. It gets confused with the map, the rooms, and loses its orientation, making it very difficult for us. It works fine when it decides not to get confused, but this doesn't happen often. It is only good if you find it extremely affordable; otherwise, go for something more modern with better "software."

  We have had the Dionne for 1 month and it is our first robot vacuum cleaner. Conclusions:

  - It has easy-to-use software that could actually zoom in on the map to better select restricted areas. It does zoom, but not much.
  - It goes everywhere, although in a slightly strange way.
  - At the standard intensity, it cleans 85-90% of the dirt. I put it on turbo and it cleans >95% of the dirt, and then I feel like I really have a clean house.
  - In turbo mode, it makes quite a bit of noise, which makes it difficult for me to watch a movie or listen to music. But it doesn't bother me at all because it's nice to know that I'm at work, press the button, and it cleans while I work.
  - I have tried mopping once with the Y route, which is supposed to provide better cleaning with just water. It left bad streaks on the floor. Considering that it doesn't mop properly anyway and that I'm too lazy to change the cloths all the time, I'll just mop myself.
  - The Y route cleaning, advertised as more efficient, is only available in functions that include mopping and not just vacuuming.
  - It has not been tested on carpets yet because we decided to avoid using our carpets with tassels and buy a new one that is easier for it.
  - It cleans a 45 sqm surface in a 70 sqm house in less than 60 minutes, without needing to be charged in between (it uses about 60% of its battery in turbo mode for these square meters).

  In conclusion, it is not one of the cheap robot vacuum cleaners (we bought it for 420 euros), but it cleans quite effectively at high intensity, to the point where it saves us time and effort in our lives as long as it is healthy. It is worth it.

  I received it the day before yesterday. I struggled a bit at the beginning with the map as it would start mapping from the beginning every time. Eventually, it was probably because the charging base didn't have enough space around it and it would "get lost". I changed the position of the base and everything was fine. The issue is that until I figured out what was happening, it vacuumed the house 3-4 times and the bin was almost full each time... and the house had been cleaned thoroughly 3 days ago. It's incredible what it collects that we don't see. The noise in silent mode is tolerable, but you can't run it while you're sleeping. In turbo mode, it's like a regular vacuum cleaner. The mopping function is also very good and convenient that you can adjust the water flow. I haven't found out yet if we can put floor detergent in the water tank. If anyone knows anything about it, please reply. Overall, I consider it a very good product, although definitely expensive.

  Bought from abroad before it was released in Greece, I have been using it every day for 4-5 months. The vacuum cleaner is a beast, it sucks up everything and has a long battery life. It was definitely the best vacuum cleaner on the market during its release period. You can read about its positives elsewhere. Although it doesn't recognize carpets, you can play with restricted areas in the app and move accordingly. However, for us who have very thick carpets, it easily passes in vacuuming mode and cleans them thoroughly due to its power. Also, thanks to the Y pattern, it also does an excellent mopping. As for the summer months, you can use it in dual mode for both vacuuming and mopping throughout the house.

  The only thing that bothers me sometimes is that the Xiaomi Home app freezes (by the way, you can zoom in normally on the map), but this is unrelated to the vacuum cleaner, it happens with other Xiaomi devices that I have.
