As for the quality, it is good. However, the pictures are not accurate. It does not come with the silver collars it shows. It is just a plain tube.

Very good and durable!! It is perfect for Honda and Vagita owners who want to put a filter sock in the wrong place secured with a tie wrap, just in case it makes a little noise since the Type R sticker didn't do the job. (Apart from that, it is a good collar for blowing cold air onto the filter.)
