Very good measure, basically I wanted it because it reaches 8 meters. So far it has endured dust, mud, and rain but it is a beast!!

It seems good quality but it doesn't retract properly, I opened it and turned the spring five turns. It improved but still doesn't retract properly. I have seen simple 10-meter ones for 6-8 € that work perfectly. I do not recommend it

The film does not hold up to two and a half meters but twists and falls so it is not true that it holds up to three meters, otherwise it is a very durable tool and it seems that it will last for many more years. I bought it from a store on an island for 25€ at the beginning of August 2023 and I use it daily for plasterboard installation. It costs a lot of money for the quality of work it offers, that's why two stars

For me, this specific tool is meant to be kept in your workshop, not to be opened more than two meters in the air, otherwise the blade will break. It will quickly wear out in your hand due to the large hook it has and it easily gets stuck in tight spots. When trying to remove it, the blade gets heavily worn out.

The fact that it has double-sided tape and highly legible numbering is very convenient, especially if you are trying to measure in awkward points/positions. The magnet is very good. I have extended it to 3.5 meters without the tape "breaking"!!! It could have taken more, but I didn't try. The only let's say downside is that it is slightly heavier than the typical 3-4€ measure that we usually have. But this is not a problem at all. I am not a fan of Milwaukee, but here I cannot fail to recognize the value of the tool.

Full quality, strong magnet, and stays stretched comfortably up to three meters on its own. All the others I have due to work seem like toys. Don't hesitate to spend the extra money it asks for a simple measuring tape. It's worth every penny.
