Very small for its size. In proportion to machine sizes, you need at least a larger one! I wear medium Shoei, I bought large and I would like an even larger one maybe! The cheeks are very tight and I hope they will soften.
Definitely a good purchase though for the use I want it for. Lightweight and sturdy. Good construction.
I would recommend it with the only observation being the size.
If it had a quick release instead of double D, it would be easier.

Very good helmet, I use it for urban downhill and it performs very well. It has good visibility and is very comfortable, definitely worth the money!
