Not even for extremely amateur work.. its guide is laughable, it is not stable, the level was asymmetrical resulting in one level showing one measurement and the other level showing a different measurement (I had to detach them, measure and stick them back myself) and the disc guard was loose, resulting in the disc grabbing it and breaking it into 100 pieces, scattering them everywhere (including on me, of course). The worst thing on the market. Also, as a downside, I should mention that it does not have a disc height adjuster, resulting in the disc always being at its highest height, which is not good at all when cutting thin pieces of wood because it gets stuck or burns the wood... It's better to spend a few extra bucks and get something better.
