The bands might be the worst quality out there. Resistance for a toddler. They give you the feeling that they will burst with every repetition. Almost no difference in resistance from band to band. The accessories and hooks are a complete joke, nothing like the photo. Overall, don't even think about it!!!

The range of motion is small and if you apply pressure, it feels like it will break and hit you in the face. I wasted 8 euros plus shipping. Stay away. We rack our brains to understand which rubber is stronger and which is not, some seem to have the same resistance despite their different color.
The foam handles are unacceptable, they wear out with minimal use, the rings are very inconvenient. If you start exercising at home now and get these, you will surely hate both them and (unfortunately) exercising.
No, keep your money and get a higher quality set that will make you love home workouts. Personally, I found clearly better options on Amazon, more expensive indeed, but definitely more quality.
