  After 3 years of use ONLY as a toaster (toast - Arabic - pita for souvlaki), at least once a day, it is still like new. The plates clean easily, the cooking is even, the timer is practical and useful. The best out of 7-8 toasters that have broken in my hands.

  After 1 year it broke. The lights turned on without the plates heating up at all. I sent it for service with the warranty and the fault was fixed. Yesterday it broke again. It doesn't heat the plates again and it's half a year after the warranty expired. It's going for recycling.

  We have had it for over 2 years.
  It is quite bulky and after about the first year of use, the plastic that holds the plates open broke, but it works fine without it, just with a little extra difficulty. Overall, it cooks well and holds a lot, so it has satisfied us for the basic job for which it was purchased.

  In order to function, the timer must be activated. It feels like a time bomb. The cheese in the sandwich melts and comes out. The distance between the grooves on the plates is too large, so visually and in terms of taste it is far from the classic sandwich. It is not worth the money at all. €60 for something that acts like a time bomb and makes noise. Every time you toast a sandwich, the whole house has to hear it. Do not buy it.

  Awesome with great capacity. It toasts the sandwiches quickly and evenly. The plates are removable and clean very easily, they are ceramic and do not easily stick fats, nor do they scratch easily (like other cheaper sandwich makers I had). It has a tray at the back that collects the fats from the grilled meats, personally I haven't tried it as a grill.

  The first one was bought 3 months ago. It toasted very well, from sandwiches to meats, burgers, etc. However, after careful use, the switch that holds one of the 2 plates broke. After contacting the store, they replaced it with a new one. In just 3 days, the resistance stopped working. To their credit, the store offered to refund my money, although I told them to send me a different model since there is obviously an issue with the quality of construction. So, no problem with the store, but the product has a problem. Or I was just very unlucky.

  Bought it two years ago! Sturdy and high-quality.. withstands rough use.. requires familiarization with the timer that shuts it off, and once you learn how to use it, you don't have to wait! It even withstands a family of four with teenagers, unlike more expensive ones that didn't last more than a year. And it's Greek!

  We bought the grill a week ago for multiple uses. So far, we have grilled bread, nuggets, burgers, and vegetables.
  In the positives, I would mention the price compared to other grills, the removable ceramic plates, the 180-degree grilling capability, the even and partly the speed of grilling, and the fact that it comes with a timer.
  In the negatives, a major flaw is that grilling doesn't start without setting the timer, some parts of the grill show better quality while others are terrible, during the first grilling, it emitted awful smells (the manual says this applies to the first grilling), and at the end of grilling, you have to leave it open to prevent the hot plates from touching each other.

  Overall, it is a mediocre construction that offers some features compared to other options in the market, and considering the price, if it had an additional year of warranty (now it has two), I would give it a fourth star. So, you simply compare and judge if it's worth it, depending on what you want and what you can afford to give.
