The AC23 is a wireless Dual-Band Gigabit Router specially designed for households with high-speed Internet access. It supports 802.11ac Wave 2 Technology and provides WiFi speeds up to 2033Mbps (2.4 GHz: 300Mbps, 5GHz: 1733Mbps) to achieve the best performance for your fiber Internet connection.
The AC23 is a dual-band gigabit wireless router, featuring 802.11 ac wave2 technology and providing speeds of up to 2033 Mbps to make the most of your gigabit fiber internet.
With 4X4 MU-MIMO technology for the 5 GHz band, it provides wider WiFi coverage and faster WiFi speed than regular routers with 3X3 MU-MIMO technology.
Built-in signal amplifier used in both the 2.4GHz and 5GHz bands of the AC23 to enhance penetration capability and extend WiFi coverage.
With 7*6 dBi external antennas and four data streams on the 5GHz band, the AC23 can provide excellent WiFi coverage and better 5GHz WiFi signal.
Equipped with full gigabit ports, it supports bandwidth access up to 1000Mbps.

The fact that it has 7 antennas does not mean that they are used all together for parallel use, but for multiple users, for example, 25 that I use.
2. If it doesn't work in the adjacent room, you have realized that the basic rule is to change the channel... It has programs with channel detection and signal strength. In a congested area, everyone uses channel 1.
3. If you still have a problem, raise the antennas to a height of two meters by screwing them into the wall or on top of a bookshelf. The signal will improve.
4. As an access point, it has a simpler menu compared to the tplink models 801 and 901 that I have set up. Simply put, this one is better, faster, and more reliable. Note that it is connected with a Utp cable, not through WiFi. The new WiFi has the same name for both 2.4GHz and 5GHz
I bought it because I believed that with its 7 antennas I would solve the issue of the provider's router range (a ZTE with 2.4 & 5 GHz). In the end, it had exactly the same coverage. I didn't see any improvement in the signal compared to before. Specifically, in the office, which is 5 meters away with one wall and two wooden doors in between, it reached a maximum of 40 on a 100 line on the 2.4 GHz, and sometimes it reached 50, sometimes nothing, not stable at all on the 5 GHz. Of course, in the living room, it easily reached 100 but in a small range and with line of sight. So, the goal I bought it for, which was to extend the network, was not achieved, hence the low rating only.
On the positive side, it has an easy menu, many operating options (access point, repeater, router, extender). If you want, you can choose to display either the 2.4 or 5 network so that the device can connect wherever possible, otherwise separately. However, when the signal is weak, this is a problem because it keeps changing and disconnecting. It has a very easy way to set up DHCP, port forwarding, DNS, and many more.
So, if it had good coverage in the area, I would say it is excellent... what a shame. Unfortunately, the provider has general issues and it is not certain how much the router was to blame for everything, but the coverage was indeed a big disappointment.
From the best routers I have used, better than xiaomi & tplink at this price.
Excellent signal and stable connection
From the best Routet - Extender..It solved my problem on the whole A floor...I was getting signal from the ground floor up to now with a small netgear ex3800. Now with 7 antennas it's like having internet connection on the upper floor. Very easy installation. Power on, passwords, find central router, connect and hello. From 9 - 10mbps with netgear it locked now download at 17...(in a 24Mbps theoretical connection from forthnet). I highly recommend it. (I had seen countless reviews and YouTube videos..after all, that's how I always shop..whatever I buy).
